We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was okay but it’s sad because it was so noisy all night due to the cars going around playing loud music. Hope the community can do something about it or the people will not go back.

Worst hotel experience ever
More expensive than Hilton Hotel in Stockholm. No slippers, no bathrobe and no extra towel - this had to be rented at the reception. No room phone to reception. No safe. No minibar. Old interior. This is NOT a 4-star hotel! Tiny spa with no locker room cabinets - nowhere to store your items. You could pay 10kr for a tiny locker but the keys had no rubber waist band on them. Maybe those also cost 10kr? Maybe you were supposed to hold key in hand when swimming? Steam sauna was broken on second evening . Garage cost 110kr extra per night, was dirty and looked like it didn't belong to hotel; there was winter tyres and tools on one parking spot. On our third night someone "unauthorized" stole our garage parking spot and we had to park outside in -10C with our electric car. Fun. I asked reception to tow away the unauthorized car but they said they couldn't do anything: there was 5 spots in the garage but only 4 registered guests. Room was not cleaned after the second night, despite us placing a "room ready to be cleaned" -tag on the door when we left. Breakfast was good and we didn't get back pain from the beds - and this was like the only good thing about our stay. We are never coming back again and would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!

Outstanding service and great food. Big room. Unfortunately no thermostat to control the temperature. The room was a bit cold and the radiators were on the highest setting but barely warm.

Family stay on Road trip
Stayed one night with family on a road trip. Hard check in at 3pm, early check in not possible, ie refusing to speak to us and not even check of rooms were available at 2:30pm when we arrived. Slippers and bath robes provided for a fee (125kr), might have been stated in Ts & Ca but I feel that at the rate the hotel charges this should be included. Says they have a pool but it’s really a cold water pool that you have in a spa. That’s ok but we had chosen this hotel for the advertised swimming pool feature thinking we could swim there. Sauna kept at 70C, should be warmer. After experiencing this we had low expectations for the breakfast but it was surprisingly good!

This hotel was mediocre. Clean yet very small room, bed was hard and pillows very small. No A/C but a small fans was provided. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Good for one night but wouldn’t recommend a longer stay or if you are planning to be in the room other than to sleep.

Mora - an unknown town - to us anyway.
We arrived at what we thought was a small quiet town - but found it full of life with students celebrating year end, and with a parade of fine old American autos. The hotel was nicely placed facing the lake, and had quite a holiday feel about it. Room was fine, breakfast was good. All round, apart from the noise of the celebrations, it was a peaceful stay.

This hotel met my expectations.The room was clean, staff was professional with a bit of unfriendliness and same with the restaurant. I wish the breakfast buffet had an omelette station and salmon, but oh well.

Overpriced
Terrible service (although kind staff) and way overpriced. when you have to walk across the entire hotel, using two elevators to get a coffee and a kettle for tea to your room. And when you have to pay for said coffee and tea at checkout as if they had a barista in your room. No AC in room which was very hot and no mosquito net for the window. Had to sleep without covers. The Jacuzzi in the spa is 20 years old and feels disgusting. The showers in the spa leave you feeling dirtier than before use. No staff in the spa, no towels. you have to bring your own or you can RENT bathrobe and slippers. I would have been ok with everything if our room would have cost half the price and they would have been honest with their 3 stars. Saying they are a 4 star hotel brings some expectations that simply weren't met. I recommend other hotels.

Dear Arvid Sweden is obviously not the place for you. We do not have AC seeing we live in a very cold climate and we do not have mosquito nets because we do not have mosquitos like you have in southern countries. Next time you book a room try one category up from the cheapest and you will find that you get espresso maker, kettle, mini bar, bathrobe and slippers for the additional price of 150 SEK. You also get a 50% larger newly refurbished room with a view over the lake . In Sweden we take the environmental issues very seriously and contribute to saving our planet by asking our guests not to use more towels than necessary and we have had water saving devices installed in all our showers. In Sweden it is mandatory for a 4-star hotel to have an energy saving policy to help the environment. Kind regards

Väldigt missnöjd, dyrt hotell med mycket omysig miljö, en uppfräschning vore på sin plats. Frukosten likaså, hade räknat med en stor frukostbuffé för detta priset. Fick be om påfyllning på buffén. Överlag nöjda, men för varmt i rummet, tvålen luktade för stark parfym och var även besviken över att spaavdelningen inte öppnade förrän kl 9. Frukosten var bra, men baconet var inte knaprigt.

Rummet var OK! Jag saknade vattenkokare och kaffe och the. Rummet var väldigt dyrt med tanke på hur spartanskt det var. Nyårssupén var väldigt delikat. Kanske var råbiffen väl vågad ?!

Tyvärr gjirde ni oss väldigt besvikna.Vi Förväntade oss något annat som vana resenärer. 2295kr/dygn är dyrt om det inte uppfyller 4stjärnor. Dålig luft på rummet.Sängar o kuddar hemska. Inte bra frukost. Gör ett besök på scandics hotell där snackar vi frukost. Vi har sovit på hotell fridhemsgatan i Mora, mycket mera prisvärt.

Boede på et superior rum som var ret dyrt i forhold til hvad man fik. Rummet trænger til makeover, det er fra 80'erne. Der er meget lyt imellem værelser. Alt var rent og pænt og funktionelt i orden! Sengen var særdeles god og ligeså dyner og puder. blødkogte æg var dog kolde, de skal altid være varme. (jeg var der da de åbnede 6:30, så de var ikke blevet kolde af at stå). Jeg kunne godt finde på at bo der igen, men ville ikke købe de dyre rum, da det "ekstra" ikke var der.

Allt var ok, men inte mer än så. Väldigt lite personal, hotellet känns som det är renoverat på 90 talet och sen inte hänt så mycket. Slår förväntan på ett 3 stjärnigt hotell men möter tyvärr inte förväntningarna på ett 4 stjärnigt hotell till det priset.
