This villa, located in Bourré, is ideal for 10 vacationers. It offers 5 bedrooms, a private pool from 31 May to 15 September, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a CD player, a DVD player, a Hi-Fi and a radio.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, on the terrace, in the garden or on the balcony enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The villa has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a bath tub and toilet, 1 including a double bed, and 1 including 2 single bedsA separate toilet is available.
The villa features a fan, central heating, a dryer, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, a washing machine and a desk.
Note that towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 150 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.21 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 20€ per pet per stay. Parties are not allowed.
The canal + channel is available for travellers. 2 extra person can be accept on request on a sofa convertible.
