There were no smoke detectors or mirror. Additionally, the blanket had burn marks from cigarettes and there was a hole in the wall as well.

We had a 3:00 pm check in. Get there and there's a note stating ( will return at 5pm. Contact a Expedia and all the person did was not listen to me. She didn't care that, I was upset. She told me I would get charged $58 for cancelling. I finally get in contact with the property. I asked will there be a discount. NO0E WILL NOT BE BACK

The plumbing needs an update. The smell that comes from the bathroom is horrible. It makes the room smell like a porta potty.

Check-in is 3:00 p.m. we got there around 3:30. Sign said be back in 10 mins. Okay, we can wait. 10 mins turned into an hour and half. He mustve had the damn runs to be in the bathroom that long. No discount, just a, "you can check out later than normal time". No thanks!

The better business bureau needs to be called on these people and a thorough investigation should be conducted into the fact that theyre are holed in the wall, no smoke alarms in the rooms, cigarette burns on the counters, and incompetent staff.

This place was gross and filthy. Door didn’t seem like it locked. Air system wasn’t working well. Mattress had stains. Sheets smelled dirty. Whole room stank of smoke. Cigar trash on the floor.

Been a while since I've seen a motel so dirty.
Been a while since I've seen a motel so dirty. There isn't a coffee machine in the lobby. Maybe there is but the person behind the counter is too lazy to open the lobby and has made a 'please use night window' sign that's still there in the morning. Every wall had holes in them and the whole room was just filthy.

Super dirty rooms.. didnt even want to shower because the restroom grossed me out. Beds feel dirty and this was the worst stay I’ve had. Never again will I stay here. You’d be better off sleeping in your car.

Nope.
This is the worst hotel…. Ever. I stay all over the country. I will not only NEVER stay at an “ERTH Inn” I will never ever go through Mojave again. The place is a pit. The 30s called they want their one light bathroom back. No locks on doors. No lamps. No teach an. Filthy. I tore off the covers and used my blanket. I was beyond tired. Next time I’ll sleep in the car…. Safer. This place is a no no no. Train every 20 minutes. Blasts randomly. Ac or heated buzz all night. And lots of traffic noise. Bed was soft and awful. I was alone and that is the only reason I got any sleep. I could contort a position. And I didn’t take a shower because the place was so dirty. Left at 4 am. Never to return. Do not reserve. And hotels.col does the punlic a disservice by advertising this hotel.

The crime in this area is substantial and dangerous and clearly occurs both within and all around this motel. Although it looks like it might be a nice place when you first drive by, don't be fooled, keep driving to the next town.

Guy T the front desk was great, no issue with him. But i walked into my room, smelled like smoke, weird stain on couch, burn? mark on tv. Immediately cancelled my stay and left.

The clerk was extremely helpful. We had broke our lock to our truck and he helped with tools to get the key out. He was very nice and pleasant. It made up for the people hanging around the parking lot. (homeless people).

Stayed here because the overall rating was a 7 witch is usually decent but it turns out that all the positive reviews of this place have to be fake. That was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. The only thing that was clean was the sheets and towels. The blankets had holes and smelled like piss. The floor was dirty and the room smelled like smoke and bodily fluids. I booked 2 nights but only stayed one because it was so disgusting. I’ll never stay here again and I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. There are also a lot of shady people around the place and it doesn’t feel very safe.

The place in Mojave
Reservations and room selection was a breeze. Front desk staff let me check in a little early, so that was nice. Room and bath are super clean, bedding is updated. Standard motel but upgraded a few notches. Best price in town for this level of service and comfort.
