Summerspell is a quaint complex of 30 condos located on Scenic Highway 98 in Destin. You will be within a short walk or an easy drive of some of the area's finest restaurants, golf, unique shops, the region's largest outlet mall, fishing, and much, much more!! In Destin location is everything and Summerspell is an ideal vacation address.

Our condo is a one bedroom, one bath unit offering a king size bed, two crew bunks, and a queen size sleeper sofa. The condo was recently redecorated with personal touches to make it feel like home to our guests, making it a popular choiceamongst other rental units. Just recently a new walk-in shower was added, replacing the original tub/shower combination, another feature making Summerspell 202 unique by comparison. Come and explore Destin and relax overlooking the beauty of the Gulf and have a great time!!!

This was our first time in Destin and it was beautiful! Beaches were great the condo was close by to a lot of great restaurants, shops, a bike path and the beach itself. We enjoyed our time here and our family stayed in separate condos close by so it was great walking distance to meet up with them for beach time. Thanks for being great hosts and opening up your home to us!

This is a nice property located conveniently across the street from beautiful Mirimar Beach. The 2nd floor balcony offered great views of the beach. The property owner Mike was very helpful and great to work with. I'd recommend staying here.

We loved our stay! The location could not have been better as far as the view and proximity to the beach (right across the street)! The property was clean and the communication and flexibility with the owners was wonderful. We were able to check in a little early which was awesome and we would certainly stay here again. :)

We had a great time at Summerspell 202 and really loved the Scenic 98 area. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We were also happy to find most beach essentials were there for our use as well. The only problem we had is that the week went too fast.

Summerspell was a wonderful place to stay! None of us wanted to leave because we felt at home our whole stay! There is plenty of space with all the kitchen and beach necessities available. The best part is the view and VERY short walk to the beach. The pool was heated and so much fun for the whole family! If you are planning a trip to Destin this is the place to stay! We will definitely be returning the next time we visit! Mike and Ruthie are fantastic to work with and responded quickly to all ?s.

This condo is on the second floor which gives you a great view of the Gulf and setting sun in the afternoon. Across the road is public beach with restrooms and a lifeguard. Also, Pompano Joes is about a block from the condo. There are also restaurants close by some within walking distance. There is a pool, hot tub and parking. All in all we had a great time.

Mike was awesome to work with couldn’t ask for better customer service. The location was awesome you are literally right across the street from the beach in this second-floor unit. My only recommendation is that the cleaning service needs to do a better job.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Summerspell 202. The condo was clean and well stocked. Everything worked the way it should. This was the perfect space for 3 adults and 2 kids. The view was great and the condo is in a perfect location! The condo is well stocked with not only items you need to live for the week but with all the things you need for the beach as well including chairs and an umbrella. No need to pack beach or pool toys because 202 has those too! Highly recommend!

All I can say is WOW, THANK YOU for allowing Edward and I to enjoy your BEAUTIFUL home away from home. The description does not do it justice. From the check-in process which was simply simple to the departure check out process, EVERYTHING was well thought of and informative. The BEST part of it all was the VIEW of the beach right from the balcony. From the rising of the sun to the going down of it as well, the view was breathtaking. We truly enjoyed our moment in Destin and will be returning real soon. Once again THANK YOU both for everything.

We were able to be the 1st renters of the new year 2020 and it was amazing.!! Our check in on line and the communication of owner was more excellent too. We can say the view superb, the walks to beach great. We had the chance to meet some nice people below became friends and did some hanging out which we hope they will return and our booked for next year!!. We do hope the pool is back heated and we watched the spa being built so didn't use it but we are sure it will be fine The laundry area is below and could use an update and hope that will happen Mike was able to help us with our mail to fwd at condo and had the condo supplied well. Enjoyed it very much so another thanks to the Wilsons. It was very homey too!!

The Check in process was great. Mike is easy to get into touch with but there will be no need to contact…. The place has everything you need. Great location for pompanos joes food and deliveries. I sat on the balcony and could watch my kid swim in the pool and listen to the waves at night after the cars stopped passing by. There is Enough room and space for a small family to spread out with privacy but be close enough to be bothered. There is enough chairs and umbrellas that you could borrow. And he also has board games and a small Nintendo gaming console for the kids to keep them occupied. He thought of it all. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. It is in a perfect location to the beach and beach access is pretty easy. The kitchen was equipt with everything we needed to cook. There is an electric grill on the balcony. We didn't have to bring our own beach chairs or toys. All of this was provided in the storage on the balcony. The view of the water was great from the balcony. The pool was awesome. The only thing I would have changed is the hot tub. Its great size and clean but the water was not hot at all. More room temp. I didn't not address this with any staff because it wasn't a huge deal to us. We will definitely be returning. Most likely for our wedding in July 2022.

I can’t say enough about how much I loved this unit. We had a trip booked to Navarre for our Honeymoon/Anniversary and due to Hurricane Sally it was cancelled 2 days before we were supposed to arrive. Mike was amazing and responded immediately when I messaged him in a panic to try and find somewhere else to stay and he answered all my questions. The location was perfect with a beautiful view from the 2nd floor balcony in the morning, afternoon and evening. The beach was right across the street and there were restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also enjoyed the hot tub down by the pool at the end of the day. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Mike recently added ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room which were very nice and an electric grill on the balcony. Overall it was amazing and better than the place I had originally booked in Navarre. We will definitely be back.
