The traffic noise on the street side of this hotel is bad. Car noises are amplified and it made sleeping very difficult. We had a white noise machine and pillows over our ears and still had minimal sleep. Room was also extremely hot. Had the AC set to 62 degrees with fan on constantly and it still didn’t really cool down to a nice sleeping temp. Staff was polite and the hotel is clean…it’s just not a great spot for sleeping.

We stayed here for 2 nights for a concert. On top of paying I got charged additional for parking which I was told was included guest stay. Our room wasn’t fully clean dirty towels left and bandaid. First night a group of drunks yelling and slamming doors until we hours nothing was done only got an apology, pool area didn’t look clean we didn’t use it. If I had to go to a concert again I would stay elsewhere drive to arena pay for parking.

Very much appreciated that the property had a shuttle service that would drop us off at the State Capital as the weather was around 90 degrees during our visit the St. Paul. Also was impressed with the environmentally conscience efforts of having refillable shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soaps and lotion in the bathrooms. A for reducing the waste footprint. High ratings on the property having an option for convenient and secure parking for a reasonable fee. Gave us peace of mind our vehicle was secure during our stay.
