This unit has a lot of potential, but is not living up to it yet. Located in a nice neighborhood. The ceilings are low - 7' and at some places less. The rooms are all located in the basement (owner lives upstairs). The bathroom is dated. Ceiling tiles need attention. Some areas (the mechanical room) not fully enclosed and finished (entry to bathroom). The kitchen is nice, but no coffee pot/maker. Some cleanliness issues that could have been easily remedied. Dishes from previous guests were not put away. No thermostat in the unit (you are at the mercy of what the owner has it set on), so the basement was chilly for July. The living area has a nice tv and sofas.
