Tired and lack of sleep experience
The bedroom was not clean and mattress was uncomfortable and we end up leave day early due to the state of the condition of hotel as this made my partner upset.We locked the bedroom door and twice we found the bedroom door unlocked we try to explain to reception all they was worried about was losing money and my partner has got itch from stay in the bed with marks on her leg.Location good and not so bad if hotel stated that there was lumpy mattress and the room wasn’t clean though I understand someone else may find it ok and no refund from hotel or hotel.com for miss a night apart from £25 voucher but no happy as there should be a full refund .

As we entered the room it was smelly, very dim lights doesn’t give a nice feeling. Wi-Fi didn’t reach 2nd floor where we were staying, the flush in WC was not good, u have manually correct after every flush Positive: Close to M2 loreto metro station Good dining options Next to Pam supermarket

The Good: Clean, wifi, aircon and it’s a safe place, local supermarket is very close (Pam local), metro is very close. Clean sheets and towel and everyday. No noise from street and every one is respectful. Press button to open front door which is really good and safe. The Bad: Area is not so good but the goods outweigh this by being safe. Would I stay here again? If I am on a budget - Yes If I am on a budget - No

It was not so good, there is no hot water and the bathroom not clean and have lime scales on the bowel. Good location but service is average. Safe area Good value for money.

The hotel sits very close to major train stations. There are lots of resturants around the area. I wish there was coffee or tea offered within the room. Overall it was clean. A place to put your head down at night.

The room was spacious. The staff were friendly. There is no elevator at the hotel contrary to what was mentioned. There are stairs and the staff were kind enough to carry my luggage.

Nice stay. Very affordable. ~5 minute walk from subway. Alot of stores/dining in the area (including Chinese food). The owner is Chinese and very nice. Hotel has no elevator but I didn't mind. Clean room. I felt very safe in the area. Would recommend to others for an affordable stay option.

-The hotel was good and it is indeed very great for those who travel to Milan for couple of day (work). -Very great location...walking distance from the metro where you can go to anywhere in Milan. -Room was clean -Price was very good -Nice breakfast -24 hours reception -The only thing that needs to be worked on is the slow internet service

Nice hotel in great location
It was a nice little family run hotel with friendly staff. Room was good although a little small. Location was excellent once you worked out the metro system and which exit to use. My only complaint was that you can hear everything from the other rooms including above so perhaps ask for a very quiet room away from others keeping in mind that there's no lift in the complex.

Simple Sufficience
Thank you Loreto! The hotel provided me with very clear instructions for reaching the hotel with public transport from Central Station. I enjoyed the location of the hotel, which is outside the touristic center of Milano. The Loreto Metro station, just one block away from the hotel, gives easy access to the Main Railway station, to the Expo as well as to the Duomo and central touristic downtown. There are many places to eat and drink within just a few minutes walk. I particularly enjoyed the traditional Osteria, da Abele, which was quite near the hotel. Regarding the hotel itself, my single room (12) was simple but most sufficient and spotlessly clean. The hotel location lends itself to tranquility - no street noise, no ringing church bells, etc.... Breakfast was also quite simple, but more than sufficient, offering sweet rolls, bread, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, etc... All in all, I was really happy with the hotel both in terms of service and location. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, simple accommodation and will certainly plan to use Loreto myself for future trips to Milano.

Good hotel with great position
Good and helpful staff. Room was clean however a little old. Very well placed hotel only 10 min walk to the main shopping street or a 5 min walk to the metro station. Very convenient position

Fairly decent, but glorified hostel
This place is alright for what it is. The staff are certainly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is cleanly enough, but it's basically a glorified hostel. The room I had was spartan. I don't mind spartan, but not for €100 per night. The walls are very thin. One can hear everything from the halls and in the adjoining rooms, and when the guest above me arrived, I heard his/her shoes pacing up and down the floorboard which, at nearly 11:30 at night, was pretty invasive all in all. Having said this, I'd stay here again, but not for the price I paid. If you're committed to spending €100 per night or thereabouts for a room in Milan, you can get far better value for your money while being closer at the same time to central Milan.

nice hotel close to the city center.

Stayed at the Hotel Loreto at the end of a trip to Milan. Hotel was clean. All of the staff were helpful and attentive. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Close to shopping on Corso Buenos Aires. Near Loreto metro stop.

Great hotel
We stayed with a 22 months daughter and we had a great stay here, the room is clean and quite big, staffs were friendly, helpful and all of them can speak english, bathroom and toilet is clean, breakfast is simple but still ok, halal food just next to the hotel, metro is just 2min walking distance, i'll definitely stay here again

El hotel estaba muy lejos del centro, aunque si había metro, en el que había que bajar y subir muchas escaleras. El administrador muy amable siempre. De la entrada a la recepción y cuartos había que subir una gran escalera, y cerca sólo había restaurantes chinos y peruanos

A éviter en voiture, pas de parking !
Hôtel médiocre, bien placé et propre mais pas d’eau chaude. Parking disponible annoncé lors de la réservation, mais ce n’est pas le cas, il a fallu attendre et trouver une place dans la rue. Un pneu crevé le matin (vandalisme), c’est courant dans le quartier apparemment, on te crève un pneu on vient t’aider à le regonfler et on te dit d’aller le changer, il y’a un garage pas loin, je passe les détails… j’ai loué une voiture pour un roadtrip en Italie, et j’ai reserve mes hébergements en fonction de la dispo d’un parking, si j’avais su je n’aurais pas réservé cet hôtel.
