"The address was not where the location was. We booked this place because it showed it was a few minute walk from Tiananmen Square but in reality it was a 30 minute taxi ride away. We were also charged twice for our stay because the front desk kept insisting that we had not paid online for this booking. We ended up paying on line and then cash at check out which I was not given a receipt for either!"
