Location was great and unit was very nice. However, multiple requests for additonal bath towels was never delivered. We had a group of 4 and was only provided 2 bath towels. Ended up using the beach towels.

Checking Counter was understaffed for the volume of guest to be checked. Bedsheets were soiled, we had the staff changed our sheets. Breakfast took a while to be served.

Blood stains and hair all over my sheets. Disgusting. I went downstairs to tell the front desk and all they offered was a different room that couldn’t accommodate the amount of guests we had. No apology or anything. I requested different sheets and those were still dirty with hair and stains. I dealt with careless lazy grump workers. Completely disrespectful to charge people a lot of money for a subpar place.

We were surprised at how awesome the rooms were, with bunk beds and queen bed was really a queen. Only downside was we called for towels and extra pillow twice and they never arrived.

I don’t like that it’s hard to communicate with a real person at this hotel. I’d like to be able to call a front desk and get a response in a timely manner. We are having trouble connecting with WiFi and chrome cast. We are in our pjs and settled in to watch a movie. It’s frustrating that we can’t ask for help from a real person. Also, when I was booking the reservation, i chose this hotel because it boasted “24 hour access to the pool”. We were disappointed to find a closed sign on the pool deck after we went down at 8:50pm, wearing our suits. It’s the little things that ruin a nice stay. The property is fantastic… but I’m afraid I will remember the disappointments.

I did not like that they charge so much of deposit per day. It’s ridiculous. On pictures it showed my room came with a table to eat & there was non.The view was nice. Close to diner options.

Looks nothing like the pictures, MUCH SMALLER in person I wouldn’t waste your time or money I was so disappointed in the rooms , they showed me 4 different rooms and they all was still small I told them it looked nothing like the pictures . Then they put me in the wrong room after trying to accommodate me and said the room was for sombody else and rushed me to get out the room . Very RUDE . If there is any comments on here about being NICE I promise you it’s a lie go spend your money somwhere else this place is false advertising & way to much traffic going in and out of the building day and night lobby is packed with folks with there suit case trying to check in everything is just a MESS
