Overall not a horrible experience, but i won’t go back. The only parking is valet and it takes forever. The rooms (at least my room) was very old, brittle, bugs, and smelled. Good location, but like I said will never go back to this hotel.

30 minutes after checking in. My daughter sat down on the sofa in the room and she fell off and one of the sofa legs broke off. The window blinds we’re broken in many areas. The furniture and furnishings we’re so old. The place was unsafe. The pool was broken and not in operational uses for months.

absolutely horrible stay, the place was falling apart. The person never returned me a $300 refund and we got a very downgraded room. They claimed to have contacted me about the room being unavailable yet no notifications from hotels.com or email. The AC unit was broken and did not cool down any of the rooms. There was water in the kitchen all over the place and from the AC vent. The place was a mess and looked like someone just threw things all over the place. 0/10 don't go here and avoid at all cost as the manager is a liar.

We stayed in 1bedroom apartment with three beds. It was the perfect size for family of four (2 and 4 years old kids). This room was nice and clean but the washing machine was moldy and the dishwasher didn't wash the dishes and was very noisy. We had to wait 10 minutes for hot water. It was really hard to wash our oily dishes after cooking. The hotel seems very old. The area around swimming pool was dirty and it looked like nobody took care of it. There were only a few chairs for all guests of the hotel. Water in the swimming was dirty as well. Beach was okay. There is no restaurant/cafe/shops nearby (except these in the hotel) and you have to always travel by car. The coffee in the small shop in the hotel was horrible. There is a nice playground about 5 minutes walking south on boardwalk.

The location was great! The place was as clean as they couldproblably get it due to age and in need of an immediate renovation. The pool had huge rust spots that was pretty unbelievable. In the very early morning hrs there was alot noise, that felt like it was upstairs, to eight and left.

Although the listing did not show towels as provided, they were provided in the unit. Bathroom could use a vent. Toilet flushing was a bit sensitive. Loved access to the beach. Would stay again.

The apartment was very nice, and The View is everything! Loved, loved, loved staying here! The Beach Club in general is maybe a tad rundown- but that's expected at the beach. It was very nice that there was a little market in the lower level, a Tiki Bar by the pool and a restaurant on site. There is a wonderful walking & biking path right there too. It's not a very walkable location for food & entertainment. But you can Lyft to most highlights in about 20 minutes. Our host was very helpful.

The upkeep of the property is terrible. The entire property was disgusting and even the people that we met had the same complaints. The valet was so unorganized that we had a tow sticker on the window that we had to get a razor and scrape off ourself. I would never come back to this property. We had no cell service at the property. I am honestly surprised this place is operational.

Super close to the beach. Property has a pool, a great beach path that goes all the way to Lincoln Street (Downtown Miami Beach) and the beach right after. Convenience store in the basement of the property was super handy. Tiki bar at the pool has good lunch options (fish fingers, burgers and fries, salmon salad). Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday in Miami at Soleil.

Overall very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Very good location, close to beach with white sand and clean ocean water. A bit rundown building which is rather normal for that part of Miami. However, the rooms are clean and spacious, with well equipped kitchen and mid-size fridge. The TV did not work, but luckily I had my laptop with me not to lose much of Olympics shows. The elevator leaves much for improvement: its operation is not optimized, tourists shouldn't waste so much time waiting.

The apartment looked nothing like the pictures. The view is great. The apartment was not clean old moldy and in need of renovation. Parking is valet and always a back up. The car was left out with keys in and staff had no idea where it was. The air conditioner did not work. It got fixed in 2 days after numerous attempts. Lots of disruption and noise. We were offered a refund die to inconvenience and still waiting in a response from Hotels.com. Would never stay at this facility again.

As soon as we learned about the AC problem that was from the building, we immediately tried to solve it, but the problem was bigger than expected. Refunds take from 48 to 72 hours to be reflected. The apartment was delivered clean and we offered a service after the inconvenience with the ac.

OMG the photos of this unit are understated. It's a terrific space! Modern finishes, great layout, kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, beach equipment on hand, the view of the beach right across the bike path, easy access to the beach, extra towels and toiletries, pool was a few steps away from one bedroom and the beach was accessible through the other bedroom. The closets were huge. The bathrooms are both soothing and appealing to the eyes. You can tell that the owner put a lot of effort and thought into this unit. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly. I felt safe knowing that there is 24 hour security on site. Valet is also 24 hour and they retrieved our vehicle expeditiously. Shops in lower floor were good. I am keeping this rental in my best list and will definitely return. The ONLY downside is the restaurant on the first floor. The food was not that great; coffee even worse. Their drinks are fine but somehow the chef thought he could get away with putting DRIED BASIL on a caprese salad even after I explained that a true cook/chef never puts dried basil in a caprese salad. It was then I was informed that they ran out of fresh basil. Well tell me that; don't just push the plate in front of me and expect me to crunch on the dried leaves. That was one of a few minor occurrences with the restaurant; I won't bore you with the others. Just be aware that the restaurant is not so hot and seek dinner elsewhere like we did on Biscayne.

This property as beyond what the photos show extremely clean . The apartment came with everything literally ( silverware , fridge , plates , wine glasses , beach chairs / towels …. The bed was extreme comfortable and view was beautiful, Host was extremely respectful & quick with the responses .

Didn’t like the communication I called several times to get room cleaned voice mail only and never returned call through all my stay and that’s one week ....... the only available life person is security at the front desk who couldn’t help with the problem it’s unusual experience

We do not offer daily cleaning service, it is only final cleaning and that is specified in our contract and in the information provided. We have text messages, mail and calls service and we respond as quickly as possible to all of them.

There’s a lot inside the hotel it self, the beach is right there and is not far from south beach. We just had an issue with the AC not working, I texted them but they never responded then 2 days later then sent in a guy to fix the AC, and he switched some things but the AC was never fixed. There’s also a shower that is broken and if you use it, it spills water all over the bathroom.

Overall, I would book again. Great price compared to many others for an ocean front view. We stayed at a penthouse/top floor/apartment & like any house/apartment somethings need attention. We had two showers & one of them, we couldn’t use it ‘cause the water would come out of the shower onto the floor. Some cabinet drawers had chipping paint/wood on the inside. That’s it, we worked around it. We had pots/pans, utensils, bowls, plates, cups & many other things needed in a household.

The hotel was nice and the room was okay (you get What you pay For). The hotel staff were awful. They were rude, the restaurant was awful, it took an hour to even get food (mind you there were only 3 tables including us in the restaurant). The pool was dirty so we didn’t even get in. The best thing about our stay was the tiki bar by the pool. Service was great, food was quick and the drinks were delicious. Overall, I would NOT be staying here again nor do I recommend unless you’re just trying to find a cheap hotel on the beach. The location was the best part

Great views and love the fact there’s a laundromat in the basement. The pool is huge and is up to almost 11ft deep! With access to beach right from the pool. Def will book again in the future.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places and this is one of the best places I stayed in. Place looks actually better than advertised. It was super clean and modern. The views are amazing. All of The furniture is comfortable. U are literally right on the ocean. It’s like having a beachfront home. The pool area isn’t really esthetically pleasing (not the owner fault) and there isn’t a common area bathroom on the first floor, But the townhome is such a vibe nothing else really matters. Looking forward to staying again

Nice hotel, rooms need a little love.
The property was very nice, we had a bit of trouble at check in as we weren't told to just pull up and get a ticket from valet then go inside and validate / check in. It took us a minute to understand how the elevator worked, lol. Our room was nice size but had some damage and there were a few things that weren't as clean as we would like, some of the items need replacing but all in all the room worked well for us. The pool area was clean and in great shape, access to the beach right out the back gate. There were 3 showers to rinse off but only one worked, a bit of hassle when ya have a lot of people waiting to use them. However, it was nice to have them there.
