Restaurant was amazing. Our servers Yaneta and Rosa did everything to make it great. The front desk was amazing and fast. Loved how easy the airport transportation was!!!

The staff from reception to every other interaction was exceptional. Friendly and helpful. The room was great, loved the shower with multiple shower heads and unexpected amenities such as accent lights under counters that come on when you walk in. The bar downstairs was great, and the hotel is so close to the airport, with free transportation to the airport an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice hotel! We were extremely pleased with the room. The business suite was worth the extra $. Also they are very accommodating to travelers from the airport and to the cruise terminals. Excellent service!

It was a great hotel and I really liked it. However, staff is not very familiar with Expedia membership benefit and I had to explain so many times and negotiated to get the benefit which I can get. If the communication between Expedia and hotel can be improved, the experience for members will be better.

Good afternoon, verifying your comment that you had to explain Expedia benefits several times, could you give me more information about what was not mentioned at check-in? We have to recognize that all the benefits you receive from Expedia are not completely tied to the hotel, for example breakfast is never included, but we see that it was offered as a courtesy. It may be the question that could not be answered about your breakfast, but it is already an issue directly with Expdia and not with the hotel.

The air was not working well in my room so I went to the front desk who was suppose to get someone to come and fix it. It was never fixed so I went to the front desk they offered another room at about 11 p.m. and that room was just as hot if not hotter.

We stayed overnight, to fly out of Miami the next morning on vacation. The hotel is clean, very friendly staff, and had a great restaurant and bar to enjoy on property. The shuttle was perfect the next morning, and we were able to park and leave our vehicle for a very reasonable price. Excellent choice and so close to the airport!

Stayed one night. Check in was east. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is a plus and it is under cover for this hot sunny Miami days! This hotel has the best windows! Absolutely no airport noise and spacious and comfortable room. Would definitely stay here again.
