Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
At 60 I never found something like that, I even had to pay extra and at 10pm you can't use TV to turn off lights, a disaster, pity it looks like a jail.

We gave you the bottom floor, for your comfort, the TV is not included and you did not pay anything extra, I do not know where you say it is like a prison, you can book in a hotel, not in a hostel, there are clear differences
