The hotel has direct access to a nice shopping mall. Full with restaurants and things to do. TV channels did not work and despite we called twice, they never came to fix it.

If trying to call the hotel for late check in good luck they never answer only got through to corporate. The issue had been addressed with reception on previous stay but obviously nothing has been corrected. The pillows must have changed because they are awful like a sack of cotton balls no support it made it uncomfortable to sleep. Also the fact that dry cleaning comes through the hallway knocking on each door every morning 8:30-9 -approximately, this should be done later once guests are out of the rooms.

What I like: The design, the place. What i dislike: The bed was awfully hard, I couldn’t sleep well. Also they charge $70 pesos per day for the parking lot, because “it’s from the Mall” they said.

Mundo E Mall is across the parking lot. A lot of stores, restaurants, and a huge supermarket. Parking our car was not easy. The main entrance is close to the hotel doors, but you must drive around the parking lot and descend to a lower level to get there.

There was one thing that I did not enjoy, The bed was not very comfortable it had almost no padding. I felt as if I was sleeping on a box spring it was horrible. Everything else was great.

The hotel is nice and new. Simple but is ok. The only issue is that the rooms are relatively small for 4 people and it gets quite sticky inside. There is no window that can be open and the air conditioning runs over the bed so we didn’t leave running the whole night.

Not a great place. Hard lumpy beds, lumpy pillows, faucet trickle only, shower stream weak, water floods shower floor, no closet, TV tiny, minimal channels, towels rough, TP/Kleenex like sandpaper, small narrow window with, no view (to parking garage roof), claustrophobic feeling room, no toiletries, no instructions on how to use anything, walls barren, chairs cheap, tacky,, business center in lobby ( a table with chair) has no computers, hotel entry requires elevator 5 floors up to lobby, uninviting lobby with no seating, no ice, no frig, one vending machine in lobby with poor selection of chips and sodas only. Only certain staff speak English, if you're lucky they are on duty. Positives: clean, good door locks, smoke detector and sprinkler visible, room has safe, utilitarian functional. has iron and ironing board Typical mall Mundo E within walking distance. Changed hotels after one night and cannot recommend City Plus Mundo E. Better hotels 300ft away..

El estacionamiento es lo mas molesto, pues además de que hay que pagarlo, en realidad es el de la plaza y tuve el problema de que en la noche lo cierran. tuve que dejar el coche en la entrada del loby y me dijeron que lo tendría que mover temprano.
