The facility is starting up under new management. The room was spacious. Had a kitchen with a big fridge. Excellent WIFI. Parking & close to the centre.

A couple of lights broken or didn’t work, walls in bathroom not very clean, floorsa little dirty, noisy across the street until the beer & wine store closed. Bed was clean and comfortable though, and jacuzzi tub clean and worked well. New management was very courteous and accommodating, and they’ve only been there a week so probably still ironing out the little things.

This hotel is a dump!! If it wasn't for the fact that all other hotels in the area were sold out, I wouldn't have stayed at this garbage can. The hotel charged me approx $150 for the night; maybe it was worth $35.

It was a short overnight stop, had poor sleep cause of all the outside noise, from other people or customers.. unfortunately for the motel owners.maybe this was out of their control. But I will not stay here again.

Kitchen was not equipped with enough utensils. No dish soap. Very old and dirty dish rack. Floor couldve been cleaner as i have a crawling baby. Otherwise, the stay was ok. Comfy, clean beds. No noisy neighbors even though the hotel was seemingly full. Staff was nice. It's a very old place that could use renovations. Hotels should be able to charge only according to their condition. I wish. It was the price of a very nice 4 star hotel but probably more like a 2 star.

Not in Great Condition
The head board for one of the beds had fallen off the wall. The bed frame on one side was broken, resulting in the bed sloping significantly. A dial on the stove came off in my hand when we tried to turn it on. Behind every piece of furniture were pieces of toys from previous guests children (broken. Crayons, lego, bottle containers).

The smoke detector had been disconnected and was sitting on a shelf. The hair dryer was removed from the holder on the wall and not there. The kitchen sink had a wet dirty cloth sitting in it. The fan in the bathroom was caked with dirt. The bathtub did not drain. The towels looked grubby. The stairs to the 2nd floor and all door frames were dirty. The bathroom floor had not been washed.

This was a cheap motel. We expected the facilities to be basic. We did not expect them to be filthy. The floor made our feet black when we walked across it. There was long black hair in the bathtub. I had to scrub it out before using it. Cigarette butts littered the sidewalk outside our room. A drawer front was missing. Actually it was stored in a corner but nobody had taken the time to nail it back on. The only upside was that there is a lovely heritage museum across the street which we spent the next morning visiting.

Convenient location and priced well. Very small room and you could run a herd of buffalo through the room and not hear them over the AC. Also couldn’t run AC with anything else or the breaker popped.

The pillows were horrible and gave us neck pain. Our door did not have a working deadbolt. The bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable. The price for the rooms definitely do not match the quality. Not staying here ever again.

We booked the “premier two queen” room. It was clean and we appreciated the motel having the vacancy as it was a busy Friday. Main issue was the box frame holding up my bed was cracked in the lower left corner and I got a surprising tilt when I rolled in that direction. Had to stuff my shoe bag in to level it out.
