Great location with so much potential
Clean, excellent location, but more of a hostel than an apartment. The complex has so much potential, but minimal work and upgrades have been done and the grounds are in dire need of some landscaping.
Doors don't close properly because of too much paint, the drains are slow to drain, not all the lights work, there is only one electrical plug in each room and there are many repairs needed.
The overall size of the apartment is actually less than 1/2 of the described size. No amenities in the kitchen, empty soap container in the bathroom and shower and one toilet paper roll. Bring your own supplies!
There are 4 washing machines, but only two were working and they were used by the cleaning staff during the day. So, it was a challenge to use a washing machine in the evening with 19 other units trying to do their washing.
We stayed for 6-days and watched the pool turn a darker olive green with each day. On the day we left, the pool looked like a swamp. The pool toilets do not work.
