This property checked all the boxes for a good stay - comfortable (especially the bed), clean, and convenient (across from the tram/train station, close to Queen Vic Market as well as a Woolworths, walking distance to restaurants.) The hotel staff were kind and courteous whenever we engaged with them. I also was pleasantly surprised that they upgraded our room upon arrival. Definitely a bonus since we were there for a long stay. We received complimentary tickets to a jazz performance but unfortunately were not able to attend due to prior plans. In general, I highly recommend this as a place to stay!

Property was good. The only downside, is that the washer/ dryer combo doesn’t work ( well the dryer ), after running the drying cycle 3 times my clothes were still just hot and damp.

This hotel has just been renovated. There is construction near the elevator. You can also smell the fresh paint. The combined washer and dryer didn’t seem to work properly.

Location was convenient and the room nicely presented, a good size and comfortable. One selling point for me when booking this hotel was the buffet breakfast in the Mezzanine cafe, having eaten there before and thoroughly enjoyed it, unfortunately though I found out during this stay that the cafe has since closed down - despite it still being used in promotion for the Jazz Hotel. Fortunately we weren’t far from other cafes, but I’m deducting points due to the disappointment

Nice quiet rooms, clean rooms, very nice bar and restaurant. Eventually got an undercover park after having to park in the mint but all worked out

The views were amazing. Staff were friendly but did not explain room service or dining options. We were very impressed by the welcome treats and free mini bar. The room was kitchenette style with a cook too, fridge and washer/dryer. Everything you need. Would recommend staying here.

Bad wifi connection, no access to the television channels or YouTube on almost everyday of my stay. Told the staff about it but no result whatsoever. Stayed for 12 nights and spilled tea on the bedsheet on my second night. Guess what? No change of bedsheet till I checked out! I’m really disappointed with this hotel

Would have rated it excellent but the TV did not work the whole weekend . What is the point of saying there is a full kitchen (which there was) but nothing to cook with.
