Hit the Trail is a second-floor tiny house that celebrates hiking & mountain biking in our beautiful area. Enjoy your large private upper deck with spectacular views. Relax in the grain bin gazebo, use the shared grill, or explore our quaint town. We are located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, hiking trails and Bath Lake for swimming. InnHabit is a tiny house resort nestled in the small southwest Oklahoma town of Medicine Park. Our resort has 10 tiny houses arranged in sets of 2 tiny houses each, and coming soon are 2 restaurants, a craft beer tap room, and 4 tiny shops. Other shops and restaurants are across the street and a very short walk down the street. We are in the heart of town, so expect lots of foot traffic and occasional noise, especially during events.

Guests that reserve Hit the Trail will have their own second-floor landing deck, as well as an entire rooftop deck with additional seating. They also have access to the common gazebo and the grounds.

The InnHabit tiny house resort contains 10 separate tiny houses arranged into 5 sets of tiny houses, each with a separate downstairs and upstairs unit. The 5 sets are arranged in a semicircle around a central grain bin gazebo gathering place. Hit the Trail is one of the second floor tiny houses, and it is located to the southeast behind the gazebo (to the back left if you enter from the front InnHabit arch), above Warrior's Way. It has a queen bed with a full sized trundle that pulls out from under the queen, as well as a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, and a bathroom with shower stall.

InnHabit offers one reserved parking spot per tiny house. We are within an easy walk to all that Medicine Park offers, including shops, restaurants, swimming, hiking and biking trails, kayak launch areas, and fishing. So park at InnHabit and explore our town on foot!

Note: You are free to use the community gas grill in the gazebo, but you will need to bring your own utensils and dishes. The health department will not let us provide them; we can only provide disposable items at this time.

The tiny home is as promised. The upper deck has amazing views. Everything is in walking distance, so take advantage of that. The pizza shop on the campus is outstanding. The only reason I didn't score higher you can HEAR EVERYTHING around you.

Tiny House -Hit The Trail

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at InnHabit! Our Tiny House was very cozy, had everything we needed and we loved the rooftop deck. We had no issues. We enjoyed exploring Medicine Park (you can walk to everything) and we spent lots of time in the Refuge as well. Great holiday getaway weekend! Highly recommend.

Amazing stay. Safe, fun, peaceful, cool surroundings, easy access… The only reason not 5 stars is due to the bed was so uncomfortable. Like a whole in the middle I kept rolling into. But, hey, getting to go up on the balcony made up for any small inconvenience. I would stay there again.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I came to the area for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. We have been curious about container homes so picked this spot to check them out. We liked sitting on the roof and the tiny town atmosphere. We were able to walk to anything we needed in Medicine Park. There are some great hiking trails in town. Had breakfast at Joe’s Mountain Breakfast Bar both mornings we were there which is less than a block away from the tiny town.

Fun experience

Unique, comfortable accommodations with a lot of charm. Had fun strolling around town and enjoyed the rooftop terrace (Not InnHabit's fault but it would have been nice if the neighbor's yard adjacent to Hit the Trail was not such a junk heap. )
