This is a business hotel, pool service closed on Sundays, very dirty pool area, glass in pool is is dirty you can not look outside. Water in pool super cold. Pool service and are needs works urgently. Owner loosing revenues. Servers do not have a POS that comunícates orders directly to kitchen employees have to call in orders. Pool bathrooms clean. Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are good as well.

The property and rooms are great. Big and clean. Staff is wonderful and breakfast is very good and plentiful. I gave this hotel 4 stars out of 5 because the pool closes at 6 pm daily AND 1 pm Sundays for some very odd reason that not even the patio staff could explain. The other negative was the lounge chairs have no cushions and therefore you are laying on hard metal bars, which is awful. Every guest at the pool complained about this. It’s very odd and strange why the hotel wouldn’t have proper lounge cushions. The concrete floor was more comfortable and didn’t have metal bars sticking in your back. If they change these two simple things then 5 stars. Otherwise it’s hard to enjoy the amazing pool and view.

El hotel está en una zona hermosa y segura de Medellín. Sin embargo, es muy lejos de todos los sitios turísticos, es necesario alquilar carro o usar Uber para llegar a cualquier punto.

I booked and checked in on a Sunday night for 3 nights and the next morning I received a call and had to leave because of a confirmed medical emergency with my daughter back home. I explained to the hotel and the refused to give me my money back but instead offer me the remaining 2 night once I come back before 31 Dec 2023. Yes, this year… Not to happy about that

the AC made a lot of noise, I woke up many times during the night due to excessive noise, specially when it turned down. Limited dining and bad service. I orded an ice cream and juice throu room service and took 35 minutes for delivery. Bad location. there is not direct car access to the hotel, taxis had to stop on the street.

This is a great choice to stay in Medellin. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is full of choices and very convenient. The staff is very nice and helpful. A taxi to "Parque El Poblado" where we purchased all the tours is about $8500 Colombian pesos which is less than $3 dollars. The restaurant on the 8th floor is a bit overpriced, but I least you have a choice of food if you don't want to go outside. Overall this is a great place to stay with family.

No the best customer service
The hotel overall is nice, good location, average room. My problem with the hotel was the customer service, people in reception has not interest on helping you with local questions/issues. We had an emergency, and they were like no my problem. No able to make an international call, even with me paying for the call the excuse was the system was down. My advise, if you are an international traveler, go somewhere else.
