I booked a single bed room and was given a double bed. Was told they didn't have anymore single. There were dirt stains on the refrigerator door, sink, counter, towels and shower curtain/tub. There were long strands of hairs on the floor carpet and bed sheets. The pillow covers weren't fresh. It was loud outside by the stairs, people were talking until about 1AM. Could also here the neighbor talking until after midnight.

Room wasn’t prepared when going in. Found dirty towels, no tissues, etc. and right out front was the garbage can and it was overflowing with food, garbage, and liquor bottles.

Could be better!
Well let’s see, the people running this hotel were very pleasant. The room seemed tired and overall a little run down. It smelled of dog and could have used a little bit more cleaning, specifically the walls and top of the coat closet. The toilet was not too solid on the floor, but flushed good. The hair dryer had seen better days. When the mini fridge would kick on, it was loud when trying to sleep. The TV brightness was set very low and made it a challenge to watch. Overall I think the place just needs a little more attention to detail and would fine.

Did the job.
For being in the middle of nowhere it was not bad. It certainly fulfilled my need. The Hard Rock Casino is only 12 minutes away. The hotel staff was great. My room was very clean and larger than I expected. Outside the room was not so clean. The garbage cans were right outside my door and you could smell them right away.

I’ve stayed here before years ago and it seems they’ve made some upgrades. I warned my travelling companions it may be noisy since it was along a main artery, but the noise level was minimal. The parking lot was well lit and it was conveniently close to downtown Maryville and convenience coffee and eateries and close to the Toyota Ampitheater where we enjoyed a concert!

The bed had stains on it, the owner said he was gonna call the cops if we didn’t leave 15 mins earlier than the check out time, the experience was bad, it’s located in a ghetto neighborhood. Bathroom was disgusting and messy, and broken down.

Terrible
Terrible, not planning on staying here anymore. Sheets had stains everywhere some even looked like blood stains and they were big stains very noticeable enough to know that they just don’t care about y customers. I had to put the heater hot enough so I didn’t have to use the sheets. The room had a very bad smell. Customer service was horrible the only one person there was super rude and he kept arguing that we had a smoking room.

Room was large, hotel uses solar panels which we appreciate. Bed was comfortable. Outer appearance nice, safe neighborhood for walking dogs. However room was not very clean and was poorly maintained with sloppy patching & painting, especially for the price charged. Mystery stain on bedspread. Counter man (owner?) was unfriendly. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless no other choice.

It’s an older Hotel but kept up well. The staff was wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. Only 8 miles from the casino we were going to the concert at. Will definitely stay there again

You definitely get what you pay for. I had a more expensive hotel originally booked but decided I did want to spend the money so I went with this place instead. Staff was great but the room was gross and very dirty. Also took the AC forever to cool the room

Room 219 was nice and quiet with comfortabe beds. Limited parking in lot but free onsite. Not a bad place, could use some paint here and there. But overall good for the price.

It was not cleaned well. I requested 2 rooms, both non-smoking. One was for my adult daughter, whoose room was on the other side of the hotel, and it stunk badly of cigarette. Its generally a depressed area, and looked like a lot of unsavory folks were living there. The owner seemed very nice, but truthfully, we felt uncomfortable. No bed bugs, so that was a plus.
