Fantastic views from the upper rooms over the lo Stagnone lagoon. Excellent staff, Roberto and the team made us very welcome. Nice Breakfast, clean hotel and nice rooms. Only negatives were that we would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room and our room was directly above the breakfast area, so was quite noisy in the mornings (breakfast was from 8-10) from around 7-730 am.

Hotel under new management and they are starting to make improvements. Very helpful and friendly. Amazing breakfast. Close to salt farm and Marsala winery.

So much to love here.
We only stayed one night--wish we booked more! The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are clean and chic. It gets extra points because it was the only place we stayed that had a REAL blow dryer--not one of those silly, worthless boxes mounted to the wall. The air-conditioning worked really well and the breakfast served in the morning was the best we had our entire trip. The location just can't be beat. You are just 10 minutes from Marsala and less than 5 minutes from boat tours, wind surfing and the beach. The owners and staff could not be nicer and are eager to please and help their guests.

Wir kamen Nachts an Niemand war an der Rezeption also konnten wir nicht einchecken nach Kontaktaufnahme wurde uber whatsapp vom rezeptionist mitgeteilt, dass Nachts keine rezeption da ist. Das Geld haben die trotzdem behalten und nicht zurück überweisen. Wieso besteht überhaupt trotzdem die Möglichkeit ab 0 uhr für die vorige Nacht zu ein zimmer zu Buchen??

Agréable fond de mer et salines sûr Marsala.
Hôtel très bien tenue, le personnel est très accueillant et s'efforce de bien faire. Même si le carrelage est viellissant et démodé, le reste (sanitaires, clim, literie) est satisfaisant. La piscine est très agréable, un petit coup de lasure sûr les boiseries ne ferait pas de mal. Les espaces loisir sont fonctionnels, la cuisine d'été est sympa. Parking à disposition est bien placé et sécurisé. Cet établissement est très bien rapport qualité prix.

Positivo : 1. Il titolare della struttura Roberto molto gentile e disponibile. 2. La veranda dove si fa colazione ha una vista mare meravigliosa . Negativo: 1: Giardino di plastica in tutto territorio della struttura 2. Lettini solari sono consumati e alcuni rotti 3. Piscina stagionale, ma anche quella non è preparata per la stagione come si deve !! Legno tutto rovinato …. Scalini arrugginiti …. Per fare bagno in stessa obbligano mettere le cuffiette che danno in struttura non so se sono sanificate o meno … 4. Le camere anche non sono come nella foto , sono da sistemare decisamente 5. La struttura la sera completamente buia 6. Colazione include le torte fatte a casa da più giorni, bevande sotto marca ( da versare nei bicchieri di plastica!!!) , pochissimi salumi… cmq da rivalutare assolutamente . 7. rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo . Mi dispiace tantissimo ma non tornerò.

Nuit agréable passée à Lo Stagnone, hôtel bien situé. Point fort; le petit-déjeuner, diversifié et copieux, avec de bons gâteaux faits maison et un service attentionné. Par contre les chambres ne sont pas aussi bien meublées et aménagées que sur les photos du site, et surtout l’extérieur et décevant; une pelouse synthétique rapidement posée autour de l’hôtel, une piscine hors sol et surtout le spa a été démonté.. mais la photo est toujours là par contre

Accueil très sympathique, mais la chambre ne correspondait pas à notre attente. Fenêtre basse directement sur le parking = obligation d'avoir le rideau opaque fermé pour ne pas être vus de l'extérieur. Merci de nous avoir changé de chambre dès la 2e nuit. Jardin, piscine et terrasse sur le toit pas entretenus.

Personale Gentile e Disponibile,colazione un po' ripetitiva ma tutto fatto in casa e con amore. Camera troppo basica: mancano ancora dei suppellettili come specchi, mensole che renderebbero il soggiorno piu' confortevole. la camera che mi hanno assegnato sembrava piu' piccola e buia delle foto delle camere su Booking, sicuramente la camera non vale quanto l'abbiamo pagata.

Hotel in fase di ristrutturazione, dalle foto si vedono solo le camere (che sembrano più di quello che sono in realtà). Il prezzo non è assolutamente adeguato al servizio offerto. Nel mio caso la camera era locata al pianterreno, non insonorizzata e posta direttamente dietro la reception quindi molto disturbata. A mio parere i prezzi sono assolutamente da rivedere almeno fino a quando la struttura non sarà a posto.
