Cute clean house
We really enjoyed our stay while we attended a family reunion nearby. It was super clean and tastefully decorated with everything we needed to include soaps and bathroom amenities and plenty of towels, dishes, and cookware- even spices! We contacted the host for a minor maintenance issue and he was very responsive. We’ll be back.

Weekend get away.
Nice places to stay in the area. Nice to have a fire pit in the back yard after a day of sight seeing to kick back and have a drink and a fire. The J&L restaurant a block down the road is a good breakfast place.

The home was very clean, stocked with necessary items and comfortable. We had the space we needed. It is off of a busy street, so there was a lot of car traffic sounds at night. I used white noise maker and slept well.

The house was nice and was clean as well. However there were no top sheets on the beds and I find that a little weird. And I had a small dog with me and the grass was at least 12 inches high. So needless to say we struggled with the yard. Trying to walk her in it was a nightmare.

Good location, comfortable.
Property is extremely clean, provided all necessities for a comfortable stay. walking distance to IWU and a small cute coffee shop called Lola’s. Location is close to the road so road noise at night is fairly loud but not unbearable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if possible. They are provided and there are plenty, but aren’t the most comfortable.

Family college weekend visit
Our daughter attends Taylor U. This location was ideal for some time at school, her Marion church service and plenty of coffee cafe and restaurant choices. The owner supplied all we needed for an efficient, comfortable stay. The updated home was ideal. Would definately recommend.

We totally enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a place close to Taylor University where we could also bring our dog. The host was super helpful, and we loved all of the attention to detail in the house. The owner has great taste and did such a nice just upgrading the house. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the little things like salt and coffee! The shower head in the second bathroom was amazing. It was nice to be so close to stores and restaurants and we loved the big back yard. Thanks again!

Perfect stay for our wedding at College Church
Best of all for us, this property was just a few blocks from Indiana Weslyian Campus Church where my son was married. Everything was clean and updated. The kitchen was stocked SUPER well. The showerhead in the second bathroom was incredible (it's the little things, right?!?). There were three private sleeping areas and plenty of flat, private parking. Our host was very responsive and helpful. The only thing missing was mirrors in every bedroom (since we were getting ready for a wedding) and a table where we could all sit together to eat or play cards. We wish we would have had time for a bonfire in the cook firepit out in the spacious back yard. I would definitely stay here again!

Pictures do not do it justice. Great property , had everything we needed . Very clean and comfortable. The backyard was great for watching fireflies at night. We were there for a few days so my husband could show me and our kids where he was from. Next trip back will definitely rebook.

We appreciated all the recent attention to the home. Beds were very comfortable, all facilities and appliances working well. We found it very homey, a good base for several activities we had planned with family and friends nearby. Good options within a short drive for groceries, restaurants, and other needs. Easy enough to get to the main highways in the area, but quiet and restful at night. Bryce was courteous and professional to work with. We enjoyed the stay, thanks!

The place was spotless. The kitchen had many new appliances. The whole inside looked new. I liked the little deck out back. The property was a nice size. We had one night where there were 7 of us and we never felt crowded.

This newly renovated house is fresh and clean and ready for anything. We had great meals and good times. There was some nightly traffic sounds that would need some white noise for light sleepers. It is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend if you are in the area. We will look for this one again if we return to this area.

Good location to get in and out but definitely by a major crossroad so very noisy at night. Otherwise, comfortable beds and pillows, clean property, great communication. Good kitchen amenities. Property was good for us, as we were not having dinners as a family there. Cute setup though, but not ideal if you’re looking for a sit down meal as a family together. Only recommendation would maybe be a larger table. Everything was very clean though and I loved the closet spaces with hangers too, and the coat stand (umbrella coat rack) was a great touch.

Excellent option for extended stay
The house is perfect for extended stays. It is close to several shopping centers and centrally located in town. The property is neat and well-maintained and the owner is very responsive and easy to work with. I plan to stay here again when my work travels bring me back to the area.
