This lovely brand new, 3 bedroom apartment is located in the perfectly maintained modern complex of Albatros V1, Nueva Andalucia. The complex offers secure, underground garage parking, a concierge service, a manicured communal garden and a roof top pool. Albatros V1 is located close to all amenities including shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The complex is just a 5 minute drive to Puerto Banus, San Pedro and the coast.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor accessed by lift and is arranged over one floor. Enter the apartment into the spacious lounge furnished with 2 sofas, a dining table and chairs and Smart TV. The apartment offers hot and cold A/C and free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate utility terrace housing the washing machine. There is also a small terrace leading from the lounge furnished with a dining table and chairs and enjoys views over the communal area.
