The only things this property had going for it was the proximity to the river and nice patio/pool area. Otherwise it was LONG overdue for renovations and was not kept very clean. The free breakfast was average at best. The best part was not having hot water in our shower. Telling them about this resulted in nothing being done too. A cold shower is a great way to start the day! I would NOT recommend this place unless the location is the only thing that mattere to you.

Needs updating for 2023
The hotel has great staff but it need a serious update. I paid for an upgrade cause the room I got looked very tired and the view was awful. Would not pick this hotel for a longer stay.

I'm having mixed feelings, this hotel probably was a 10 in the 80s when it was built, but right now it turned into a 4 (poorly maintained relic) People were nice, and despite all the troubles we went through were kind enough to accommodate us.

Nice views great pool good restaurant, hard beds little pillows poor towels and bathroom supplies, loud AC, old preperty needs updating. Clean. No AC in lobbys , elevator etc.. poor lighting at night and aggressive mosquitoes in lobby .

This property is in desperate need of a reno. Great location and great view but hotel is quite sad and service was terrible. Key cards non functioning and needed tobe let in by security after an hour to check in.

The key to the room didnt work and sitting on the terrace was difficult because the chairs were terribly uncomfortable

The free beverage was only a juice. The free beverage should have been an alcoholic drink like most other places. The hotel is a little run down. It needs some work and upgrading. Especially the air conditioning units. They also need to get new pillows and redo the showers.

The staff were welcoming. The resort needs a lot of improvements, repair and new mattresses. We did not get a good nights sleep for the seven days we were there. The cleanliness of the bathroom could use some improvement.

Great stay with a view!
Hotel has good spacious rooms with a great view, comfortable with good food. Close to the airport and very well located in Ponta Negra beach for who is also looking for a pleasat stay. Not so close to the Industrial district but very easy to get a ride with car apps in the city, so compensates.

The beds were soft, the pool view was wonderful. The staff and Tour guides were great. They had two spa services on the ground floor which were both incredible and a tour guide company to facilitate tours. Our family did two private tours with an English-speaking tour guide.

Amenities were not so great, but keep in mind this was during the time of covid so many things were closed due to that issue. The warmth and hospitality of the staff definitely made up for any of these shortcomings.

Good hotel before it became run down
It is ok. The hotel is run down and the room was noisy from those above and around. Great view if you choose river view. I might stay here again but i wont be looking forward to the breakfast.

Everything is good. Just one thing is not happy: we bought the breakfast when we booked the hotel. Since it was a little early in the morning when we left the hotel and the hotel’s breakfast was not open yet, we told the the receptionist to prepare our breakfast ready to carry on the day before Leave, and they was agreed and made a note to kitchen. However, the morning when we left, they did not provide anything and even said nothing to us. The service still has problem.

It's out off the way, and has access to the nigro beach .it seems not all the rooms have the same standards,just little things but someone couldn't get a hairdryer but i had one in my room. Great breakfast selection

Direkt am Strand von Rio Negro. Das Hotel besteht aus einem Komplex. Der beschriebene Tierpark existiert nicht und das Gebäude neban, das früher mal zum Hotel gehört, wird zu etwas anderem umgebaut.
