Cool little spot
I actually quite liked it. There were a few things I was surprised by, however.
It was much smaller than I imagined, but that is hard to convey. you cannot well just measure rooms and give out measurements as though that would make a difference. It would be difficult to be in that location with more than 2-3 people I'd think.
Also, while it did have AC, it was not central heat and air. Rather it was mobile AC's that were quite powerful. The primary bedroom got quite cold at night if you kept the door shut and turned the AC at full tilt. It is loud so if you need quiet, that's not gonna work. Also, the spare bedroom never reached a level of cool that I wouldn't sweat profusely in. The rest of the house was quite a tolerable temperature.
Kitchen was clean and lovely. the porch was wonderful. The hot tub was great, though getting the top off it was more than a little difficult. A smaller person might struggle. The neighborhood felt safe and polite.
Cal was responsive and wonderful. I cannot stress enough how great he was. It is well worth the stay, in my opinion, if you fit the right party.
