部屋は広く快適でした。バスタブはないが、シャワーのお湯も大丈夫でした。部屋の電気ポットが、お湯が沸いても自動で電源が落ちなくて、取っ手まで熱くなり危険でした。朝食はインド料理がほとんどで、大きいドーサを焼いてくれます。ホテルから手配した車のドライバーが、非常に真面目で時間通りに働いてくれて、とても助かりました。

Hotel itself has an old-timey exotic feel to it, but it was a nice short stay we had. The staff was great, and even packed us breakfast in the morning, as we had to leave before the breakfast buffet started.

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel with family including parents. This is a good hotel. It has lift facility. Parking is good. Auto is easily available from right next to the hotel. There is not much food options available near the property, but hotel restaurant is quite good. Breakfast options were also quite nice. Hotel staff was polite and helpful.

This time - Royal Disappointment
We booked The royal suite -the most expensive room in the JC RESIDENCY but to our surprise there was nothing Royal about it except the massive size of room. Everything else in the room was ordinary,especially the lights in the room were extremely Dim,dull and boring. Last year in the same hotel, we booked Heritage Room last December, it was amazing, extremely clean, comfortable and well lit. So, if you want to book a room, either book Deluxe or Heritage types of rooms and nort Royal suite. Regarding Staff, it was again not so good experience this time compared to last time which was really good. Staffs now are more worried about the Reviews/rating and kept asking to remember their name and put it in while reviewing. Overall, disappointing experience at JC.

Felt like staying in an historical palace. Artworks are amazing. Spacious room, bathrooms etc. Staff were very courteous and they allowed us to do late check-in and late check-out to accommodate our schedule.

Very disappointed with this hotel. It is very “tired” and shabby. It isn’t near to any of the major sites. The staff were lovely but seemed “flat” with no enthusiasm. I am sorry to write this and do so with reluctance.

Excellent stay
The staff was very professional, welcoming and accommodating. We were three guests and all of us were treated well, including amenities to extra bed they were super thoughtful. Breakfast buffet was yum! The interior decor was authentic and well maintained! Loved our stay here and would love to come back sometime :).

Old world luxury
Wonderful, old-world feel to the hotel. Spacious rooms and great service overall, especially from the restaurant staff. Food is great for dinner and breakfast.

Excellent stay
Excellent stay at JC Residency. Clean, calm, good food and service. I dont think you can get better than this in Madurai. The only downside may be you are little away from the shopping and Temples but its not far from any of these.

Room was not cleaned when I occupied. Bathroom was not cleaned/serviced after the previous occupancy. There were no towels in the bathroom. Had to call the hotel staff multiple times to have the issue addressed. Shower was water logged due to clogged drain. Bath fittings were falling apart. I felt robbed as Expedia had charged me for the rooms ahead of time. Terrible hotel!

Hôtel agréable et propre
L hôtel est très propre et moderne, Les chambres sont très agreables, il est un peu loin du temple Mais si l on est vehiculé ce n est pas un problème ou facile d y aller en Tuk Tuk pour un faible coût. Un bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui est très indien Et La salle de restaurant qui n est pas des plus accueillante mais cela ne m empêcherai pas d y retourner.

As usual good but the cleaning guys love to come and knock the door when guest in room and sleeping. I have stayed there sooo many times and have even complained but this cannot be changed.

Awesome Stay
Hi, Out of gratitude, myself and my wife had a great stay at your lovely hotel. The entire staff inclusive Mr P.Kesavan ( driver for Sathuragiri and Trichy Airport trip); the kitchen , restaurant, front desk staff were awesome. You guys took care of us especially my wife with a smile. Will surely return to this hotel on our next trip and for sure will recommend our friends to stay here. Value beyond money

Beautiful hotel with wonderfully friendly staff
The hotel is very clean & welcoming. The facilities are good, the staff are kind & helpful and I had a really great stay here. Quite far out from the city centre, but it wouldn’t put me off staying here again. The pool was great and the breakfast was delicious everyday.

Useless Hotel - Do not stay !
I am a US Citizen. I traveled to Madurai on temple visit. I stayed t this hotel. The Manager was useless. He does not respect my dad who was sick and in his 70s. All they want is extort money from customers. Hotel is okay for Madurai standards. But the MANAGEMENT is useless. Very Very Disappointing.

Nice hotel in suburban Madurai
This hotel is a great place to stay if you want somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown temple area. The staff is incredibly friendly, the pool is beautiful, and the food is very good. I stayed here with my husband and 2 year old daughter last summer and the staff was amazing. They can assist in pretty much any aspect of your stay, from recommending local attractions to the more mundane task of arranging transportation around the city and to your next destination. I highly recommend this hotel.
