So disappointed about couple things My kids were excited about the pool and hot tub which we had to get out because of how dirty it was There was lots of debris in the water it was so nasty , jets not working , our bathroom door didn’t close , there were ants everywhere in the room

Hotel was good, but the staff who helped this hotel after hours are very rude, called my girlfriend names. Yelled at us, gave attitude. Wasn’t helpful at all. Had us standing in the cold. Would not give us his name. The ac in the hotel was not working correctly. Only issue with room was the ac.
