Absolutely amazing!

My stay here was amazing! The house is absolutely beautiful with all the amenities that you could possibly need. Peaceful, quiet neighbourhood and the beach just steps away. Would 100% come back to stay again in the future!!

Beautiful house. Few minor quibbles. I have notified the owner about these. And I’m not sure the garage is the right bedroom for 3 adults. Great for kids I guess.

Excellent location, very well appointed spacious home, outdoor BBQ area is really useful, view is outstanding. Cleaners let the owners down prior to our stay, but other than that no issues whatsoever.

We will be back
We were able to totally unwind and we loved staying here. The owner and staff did very well to make us feel at home. Bath and beach towels as well as glassware/dinnerware and utensils are well stocked.Nice kitchen and the A/C kept us all comfortable.Great location. Recommended

What a beautiful house, gorgeous location and beautiful views.
We had a great 4 nights at this beautiful place, it accommodates a very large extended family. We actually held our wedding here. The host is lovely and very attentive. She made every effort to ensure that her guests were happy. There were a few circumstances that could not be helped like the weather lol... Overall a great holiday house great location great views definitely value for money.

Great stay at dolphin heads
We had a great time on this stay, the house was as advertised, which was great, as not all are. The owner Lisa was a wonderful host and even gave my wife a small birthday present. I would not hesitate to recommend this house.

Space for us all
As a group of varied aged females 51-13, the house was perfect for our cricket weekend. Ample room for the young ones to bunk together, and room for the adults to have some quiet time away from the giggles when needed. Minutes to shops, but secluded enough for a tranquil break. Host Lisa was amazing 😻 We will be back

Not a beach house, but still interesting
Exceptional house and interesting setting. I thought there was going to be a beach we could walk out the door directly onto, but we had to walk down a boulder face 20 feet to get to sand ( which was not a swimming beach). The hostess was very nice. Beautiful views.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Lisa's home. The view is stunning, the house very easy to enjoy with everything you need. You do need a car however the location allows easy access to beautiful beaches and wonderful hikes.

WOW is the first words that come to mind as you walk into this amazing property.
What an amazing place to host a family birthday. From the time you arrive the views are set in your mind for the whole stay. The facilities and functionality of this property are something you normally find on the Gold Coast but this gives you that and more. From the professionalism of the host Lisa to the facilities supplied we loved every minute of our stay and my daughter had a wonderful 30th Birthday thankyou.

Breathtaking views
Soon as you walk in the door, the amazing view is there to see. Kids loved the kids room with games and Netflix. Loved whether in the kitchen/lounge or outside, everyone was still connected. The pool area was loved by all. The cleaner needs to pay more attention to detail. A few things not in working order. Thankfully these didn’t take away to much from our awesome stay.

Nice looking property but poorly maintained.
First thing first: The property listing says, "4 beds, sleeps 18". Once I booked for 16 people, the owner messaged me they could only accommodate 12 people max, and an extra payment is required if more than 12 !! Luckily one family didn't join, so we were just 12. Checkin was easy. House looked fantastic at first glance until we discovered the poor maintenance and missing basic amenities. Positive: It's a massive house with a lot of space and an excellent hammock in the yard, overlooking the waters. The location is quiet. Pain points: 1. Lot of aircons; however, most of them are older, and 3 of them were not working but just the aircon fans (including in master bedroom) 2. Just a handwash provided for the toilet - no shower gel 3. Lot of dust in the wardrobes, rails, sofa looked older and a lot of dust. 4. Flies everywhere, literally hundreds of them. We had to spray 5. BBQ - unusable due to dirt and griminess. The tray full of old used oil 6. No Dishwasher tablets (owner just apologised when asked about it). Broom - there wasn't any, even though they mentioned it's there. 7. Leaking fridge - like every half an hour, we have to wipe the water off the floor! Apparently, they know about it, as we found the wet mop with cleaning basket just next to it when we checked in Overall, we think the maintenance and cleanliness didn't justice to the massive house. The owner should have been more professional in maintenance and cleaning.

Birthday by the Sea
Beautiful spot -private and right opposite the beach. We enjoyed walks and relaxing. Would have preferred lockbox for keys and as this is a new property to booking a few minor things eg soap/shampoo not being provided. Lisa was a good host though and was quite responsive to any queries. Would recommend it as a great getaway.
