Beautiful boutique hotel with special attention to all details. The only down side is the area between the hotel and the Train station did not feel very safe particularly at night. Other than that, this hotel was fantastic.

TV in the room didn't work, reported it and was told it would be fixed but it never happened and it wasn't exactly a room with a view, far from it so it's not like I could use that as a substitute.

No balcony even though they say balcony
Rather disappointed as we booked room with balcony and then went to room and no balcony! Told reception and they said they gave the only balcony room to someone else despite email confirmation that I would get a room with a balcony. All this on Xmas day!

Convenient hotel and clean.
Clean, comfortable and a convenient location for our short trip to Luxembourg. We could hear music from the club late at night, but ear plugs were supplied. Overall I would stay here again.

Really lovely place. Staff were so accommodating and allowed us to check in way before check in time due to our early flight arrival. Only thing I wasn’t so keen on was the area - some men hanging around outside shouted at us both nights on our way home from dinner. Construction happening right outside the door very noisy for a Saturday morning too! Otherwise great value for money and would recommend if you can look past those things ☺️

have a word with your cleaning team...
The hotel & room were great, however this was undone by the room service I experienced that was quite different to standard hotel practice. My personal items on the counter surface were removed (presumably put in the trash). My bag was removed from the luggage stand and my pile of dirty washing was placed on top of the clean washing. This should have nothing to do with your cleaning staff. I would not visit again due to this.

A very nice and friendly hotel in a lovely city.
Kazakiwi was a very nice hotel and excellent value for money in a pricier city. The room was excellent, modern and well furnished, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel is about 5 minutes from either of two tram stops and about 10 minutes from the train station. Recommended.

Probably the best hotel in a shabby part of town
I wouldn't usually stay in this part of town, but the hotel looked ok and it was well priced. After a very disappointing experience with the receptionist, who was not at all welcoming, I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The whole hotel seems to be recently fitted out and the room was small, but really well designed to make the most of the space and didn't feel at all cramped. Fine for one or two night stays. I would stay here again on nights when the better located hotels are too expensive.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Kazakiwi. Check in on the first day was confusing due to no staff being at the front desk. There was also some confusion where the staff tried to charge me twice for my stay but that was quickly rectified. We were then brought to our room which was up a flight of stairs and outside which was treacherous in the rain. The room and bathroom itself was very small but well adorned and very clean. The area is great and close to many shops along with being easily walkable. While not a perfect stay I enjoyed my time at Kazakiwi.

I suppose it was somewhat close to the train so the area was not that great. Also, there is construction on the street. The bathroom has no place to put anything like toiletries. The afternoon staff wanted to argue with me about getting hot water from the coffee machine which was openly and readily available. They were telling me I could do that in my room.
