House in the historic center of Lovere 40 meters from the lake side - the beautiful Lake Iseo.
Cozy and renovated. Tv available. Full kitchen with oven and microwave, independent boiler, stove available. At the moment you can get there only by ladder (we are working on making the passage more accessible asap) A few meters away there are all kinds of shops, restaurants and pizzerias. Parking space a few meters away. All the apartment furniture including have been completely renovated! Bathroom with shower refurbished.

Canadian’s first time in Italy!
This was mine and my husband’s first time in Italy, we stayed in Lovere for three nights out of our trip. Carmelo and Fabrizia were such wonderful hosts. They made the check in/out process very easy, and promptly answered any questions I had. The apartment is in a GREAT location, a block from the lake and the main town square. And I have to give Carmelo and Fabrizia extra thanks for accommodating the fact that my husband and I do not speak Italian, they were very nice and helped us out a lot! Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through the Lake Iseo area.

Conveniently located spacious property - excellent value.
The property was spotlessly clean. It is located in the charming historic core of Lovere close to restaurants and bars, as well as local bread, fruit and vegetable and convenience shops, and within walking distance of three small supermarkets. The kitchen is well equipped and the shower is good with almost instant hot water. Being in the centre you also get the noises associated with such a location like refuse collections and road cleaning but at night it is quiet. Do not be put off by reference to a ladder in the description, it is actually a stone staircase that provides access. The hosts are delightful and welcoming but speak little English so be prepared to try your linguistic skills!

Great stay in Lovere
The place is spotless, its in a great location and Carlo was very helpful and generous with us. We needed some time to store our bicycles and asked for a couple of hours extra to sort out travel plans and he was very understanding and helpful. Its is amazing for the price and would go back any day!

In der Altstadt, nicht weit vom Seeufer entfernt
Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht Schlafzimmer mit grossem Kleiderschrank Alles sauber Sehr nette Vermieter Morgens wird man von der Kehrmaschine geweckt :-) Leider kein WLAN und keine deutschen Fernseh- oder Radiosender... Ist bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt auch kein Problem

Location dabs batisse ancienne très bien entretenue, située dans l'ancien centre, proximité du bord du lac, des restaurants, bars et supermarché sans devoir utiliser la voiture. Emplacement réservé pour pouvoir stationner. Depuis Lovere possibilité de rayonner autour du lac très facilement. Nous avons été ravis de notre sejour au lac d'Iseo qui est moins courus que d'autres mais tout aussi beau. Merci aussi pour l'accueil très chaleureux!

appartamento in posizione ottima in centro Lovere compreso parcheggio (scoperto) a 150/200mt.Locali grandi e comodi per coppia,un po' meno se in tre. ... manca condizionatore noi abbiamo soggiornato un fine settimana di pioggia ma i gentilissimi proprietari assicurano fresco anche se fosse stato afoso. Unico neo: le tv con numero di canali limitati che non aiutano se bloccati in casa :-)!!! Conclusione: superconsigliato soprattutto per brevi periodi!

Lovere- ein Geheimtipp
Der Ort hält was er verspricht, einfach nur zauberhaft, die Wohnung sehr sauber und zentral und ruhig gelegen. In ein paar Minuten ist man am Anleger. Der Empfang war persönlich, pünktlich und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der See ist bestechend schön.

Wir hatten einen schöne Woche in Lovere. Es hat uns gut gefallen, noch nicht so überlaufen wie der Garda See. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, und mit Google Übersetzer kann man auch prima Kommunizieren.

Soggiorno semplice e rilassante
Per una volta abbiamo cercato e trovato un luogo in cui potersi soprattutto rilassare, visitando senza essere di corsa. Il luogo, Lovere, è un borgo caratteristico ed accogliente, con un lungo lago che permette passeggiate rilassanti. L'appartamento, in centro storico, è molto accogliente, raccolto ma funzionale. C'è tutto quello che serve. Carmelo e Margherita sono stati di una gentilezza e premura esclusiva. Grazie per averci fatto rilassare. Da considerare sicuramente nel caso di ritorno, visto che c'è molto da visitare anche nei dintorni

Un posto tranquillo per un weekend di coppia
Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo passato il weekend di Capodanno in questo appartamentino davvero carino in centro Lovere, a due passi dalla Torre e dalla piazza principale, e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Il signor Carmelo e la signora Fabrizia ci hanno accolto con grande gentilezza e ci hanno spiegato tutto il necessario sull'appartamento, lasciandoci anche un piccolo libriccino con indicati i vari edifici storici della zona. Molto utile anche il posto auto riservato, a pochi metri dall'abitazione. Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole e riprenderemo di sicuro in conto questo alloggio qualora dovessimo ripassare per Lovere e dintorni. Silvia e Alessandro

Casa situata nel centri storico, comoda oer visitare a piedi la città e vicina ai traghetti per visitare altri borghi del lago di Iseo. Servizio eccellente il parcheggio privato vicino all' appartamento. Tutto perfetto. Lo consiglio.

"Ho soggiornato presso la struttura di Carmelo & Fabri nel periodo del ponte dei morti , devo dire che la sistemazione corrisponde esattamente alle foto ed alle aspettative : c'è praticamente tutto quello che occorre per fare una vacanza con la "V" maiuscola. Non manca nulla , i proprietari sono squisiti e gentilissimi , ti danno tutte le info che desideri per ottimizzare il periodo di vacanza. Esiste un parcheggio privato a 50 metri dalla abitazione ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. L'appartamento si trova al centro di Lovere e con due passi sei immerso in questo magnifico borgo. Un plauso per la brochure fatta dal Signor Carmelo veramente esaustiva . Non vi è alcun dubbio nel consigliare la struttura e non vi è alcun dubbio di ritornare sul lago d'Iseo e a Lovere. Bravissimi"

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche mitten in der Altstadt von Lobere
Man wohnt ja mitten drin im Alltagsgeschehen; Carmelo und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad großzügig, die Möblierung sehr schönUnd alles blitzsauber. Es sind nur wenige Schritte zum See. es gibt hier ..tolle Wanderwege mit weiten Ausblicken über den Iseo See und in die Berge; besonders zu erwähnen ist die Via Valeriana, ein uralter Verbindungspfad auf der gegenüberliegenden Seeseite.Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich!

Frisch renovierte und modernisierte Wohnung in einem Altbau im historischen Stadtzentrum von Lovere, sehr nahe am See. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Lovere selbst und für Ausflüge in die Orte am Lago d'Iseo und nach Brescia. Carmelo und Fabrizia sind sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Schöner Urlaub!
Das Apartment liegt in einer (fast) verkehrsberuhigten Gasse der wunderschönen Altstadt von Lovere. Es gibt ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit Fenster zur Gasse, ein sehr großes Bad mit Dusche und eine funktionale Wohnküche in der es an nichts fehlt. Zur Seepromenade und zum eigenen Parkplatz kommt man in 2 Minuten. Auch Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants finden sich unmittelbar in der Nähe. Wer das "Dolce Vita" erleben will ist hier richtig. Suchen Sie Ruhe und Erholung ist ein App. in den Bergen wohl besser geeignet! Fabrizia und Carmelo sind sehr nette, herzliche Gastgeber, die zu jeder Tageszeit ansprechbar sind und auch gute Tips für Ausflüge in der Region haben!

Lovere in pieno centro storico
Abbiamo passato solo un paio di notti a Lovere, ma Carmelo e Fabrizia ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. L'appartamento è spazioso e pulito, in pieno centro storico, ma con parcheggio incluso nel soggiorno. Gli host sono stati premurosi e gentili, fin dal primo momento. Caldamente consigliati.
