"The check in was poor as communication between Hotels.com and the hotel was non existent,my reservationwas not received by Avoca ,I think hotels.com is to blame here.Security guards at the establishment were very rude and unfriendly. Rooms were very comfortable and clean,the establishment was very peaceful "

The old "box-type" TV must be replaced with a flat-screen wall mounted type as it is situated right over the bench provided to unpack a suitcase, resulting in a person bumping your head against the edge of the TV - could cause serious injury. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was good and reasonably priced!"

Very friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help and be of assistance. We had to leave very early one morning so the prepared us a take-away breakfast.
