The stay was good, bathrooms need a slight upgrade, staff was friendly and hotel is clean. Only downside to my stay was check in and the hour wait I had to get my room.

Rooms were not as luxurious as I thought expected and staff seemed rather busy and stressed but the lounge areas , gym , hot tub and restaurant are fantastic.

The shower pressure was not great. The spigot needs fixed. Customer service was great though. Everything but the shower was fantastic.

The Westin is conveniently located near the Long Beach Convention Center. The restaurant food was great and there was a mini grocery for snacks with lots of options.

A unique hotel in great location for airport and gaslamp Quarter. Staff were outstanding, polite and helpful. Breakfast waiter provided great guidance on a short trip to Tiguana - really helpful and stopped us getting exploited.

We went to a show at the Long Beach theater, and it was super convenient that it was right across the street, other than that The property was beautiful, very clean, and all of the stuff we came across was super friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay there again
