I didn't expect to find this place to be as nice as it was. Rooms look like they were recently updated. Overall the place had many cameras and I felt safe and secure in the motel. Mac was very polite and courteous when I checked in.

Room was dirty, it appeared it was in the middle of being renovated. The floor was bare wood that may have been the subfloor. The nightstands and dresser top had sticky spots, the shower had someone’s hair trimmings (shaving remnants), on the tile wall.

We were pleasantly surprised with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. This was a budget friendly motel so we assumed it would just be a bed to sleep in and nothing more. The front desk called us to make sure we were still coming, which was courteous rather than giving away our room. The room itself was well cleaned and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable. There was a micowave and refrigerator, which helped since breakfast is not included here. Only a couple of things were unfortunate. It is located on a busy street next to the railroad tracks. It was louder during the night. Also, the temperature limiting device in the shower kept our shower from getting normally warm. Its a safety feature, but was a bit annoying. Overall, we would stay here again if we were needing to stay somehere nice enough, but also save money.

No hot water for baths and showers
Tv remote doesn’t work properly, phone doesn’t work, but the worst part is no hot water for baths or showers. Lasted about 10 min and then the water was lukewarm. Even waited a few hours and water was still cold to the touch. Complained and then the water only lasted another 10 min, more warm than hot. Couldn’t enjoy myself or my time off since the basic things weren’t even working here. Only good thing is it’s somewhat clean except for a piece of gum on the headboard but didn’t make up for the lack of hot water and the other stuff. Will never come back to this place again. Not worth my money or time.
