Comfortable stay as always

Whenever I visit Los Angeles, I stay there. The staff are very friendly and always welcomes as like family. Loved the previous style too, but the rooms and lobby have been beautifully renovated. The location is great, walking distance to the Farmer's Market and The Grove. And the free parking is super plus!

お値段の割に清潔で、お部屋も広かったです。近くに、消防署があるらしく、道路沿のおへやだったので騒音がありましたが、寝てしまえば問題ありませんでした。

以前から利用してますが、今回行った時はリニューアルされていて、今までの古さが一切無くなっていました！前の雰囲気が無く少し寂しいですが、最近流行りの写真映えする様な可愛いデザインとインテリアで全く新しい部屋になっており、とても快適に過ごせて良かったです。シャワーや洗面台等も新しくなっています。

最高でした

とても快適に過ごせました。しかも、忘れ物をして取りに戻ると名前と部屋番号をつけて保管しておいてくれました。この辺りは高級なホテルばかりだったのでこのお値段でこのサービスならとても良いと思います。

チェックイン時にパスポートとクレジットカードの提示を求められたので渡したら、そのまま勝手にコピーを取られてしまい、不安なのでクレジットカードの運用を停止するはめになった。

立地を考えると値段は良心的

チェックアウトの後も荷物を預かってもらえたので身軽で行動できて良かったです。ホテルの設備等は値段相応ですが、街中と考えれば良心的だと思います。

ロケーションと価格重視の旅ならベスト

場所を考えたら価格も安く、パーキングも無料なのでオススメ。ただ、ゆっくりくつろげるタイプのホテルでは無い。

宿泊する部屋の位置によって快適度が違う

立地が良く値段が安いので何度も宿泊しているホテルですが、今回初めて1階の道路側の部屋になりました。エレベーターが無いので荷物を部屋に移動するのは楽だったものの、部屋はフロント側の駐車場の目の前でもあったので話し声や車のエンジンの音がうるさくてリラックス出来ませんでした。1泊だけだったので我慢しましたが連泊なら避けたい部屋でした。

いつも立地が良いので使っています。

もう10年くらい年2回使っていますが、最近　盗難が2回続きました。昨年は　カメラのバッテリーが抜かれていて　今回は、スーツケース用のカギが　無くなりました。他は　特にないのですが、気を付けていても　まさか　引き出しにしまってる　鍵だけ取られるとは思っておらず、、、今後も利用はする予定ですが　何も外に置けない感じです。衣類以外、、、

便利な街中にあるホテル

シンプルに何もなくていい感じです。歯ブラシすらないのには苦笑したけど。フロントも愛想いいし。チェックアウトのときに、ちゃんと言わなきゃ保証金をヴォイドしてくれへんかったのは残念やったけど。

立地最高、特に問題ないホテル

立地が大変便利です！グローブは歩いてすぐ、目の前にカフェ、近くにセブンイレブン、メルローズも徒歩圏内です！清潔感は多少汚く感じるところもあるので神経質な方は不向きかもしれません。ただこの値段と立地なら充分快適です！

移動に便利。治安良し。

一人旅で、LA観光の拠点として利用しました。部屋に関しては、多少クーラーの音がうるさいくらいで、清潔で広く、冷蔵庫も使えたので満足でした。立地的には、車を持ってなかったのですが、バスを使えばハリウッド、ロデオドライブ、サンタモニカなど、様々な観光名所に移動しやすかったです。ファーマーズマーケットやザグローブ、少し頑張ればメルローズ通りも徒歩圏内なので、ピンクスやポールスミスなどもすぐ行けちゃいます。なので車を持っている方は更に満足されると思います。駐車場も無料みたいです。ホテルの従業員の方々は本当に気さくで優しく、良い人ばかりであるように思いました。全ての従業員とお会いしていないので、確かなことは申し上げられないですが、チェァクアウト後も快く荷物を預かってもらえたりしたので、おススメできると思います。

The staff was very friendly and check in/out was great. The room was clean and perfect for the week. The location was so close to the mall, farmers market, and huge park. I will definitely be back next year for my annual trip to LA.

Great Service!

We stayed here for 2 nights, we had an issue with our room on the first night but the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't be moved however the staff were really good and arranged for us to have breakfast at the attached café (which was delicious!) and moved us room the next day. Rooms were nice and the parking was very handy. Overall would recommend this place.

Clean and close

This hotel is in a great area of Los Angeles…. As soon as you walk into the rooms, you could smell how clean everything is…. a little pricey but worth it stayed the night for New Year’s to watch a show at the El Rey theater….👍👍

Bonne situation

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel sur notre roadtrip. Il est idéalement situé entre les plages et le centre de L.A. permettant ainsi de se déplacer plus rapidement dans cette immense ville. L'hôtel est simple mais rénové avec une équipement modern et un personnel accueillant.

A lovely place to stay in Beverly Grove

Park Plaza Lodge is recently renovated and has clean, modern finishings. The bathroom was bright, beds comfortable, building well-maintained, and staff helpful and friendly. The onsite restaurant (with outdoor seating by the pool) and off-street parking are very convenient. As an older building, the room walls/doors aren't soundproof so you can hear neighbouring rooms and noise in the hallway.

Needs to be cleaned better and some TLC

The staff there are friendly and nice. The parking is not the best but it is free. The room is nothing ok but it’s the cleanliness that made me give it a three. The shower wasn’t very clean and needs attending to or redone you can tell it hasn’t had a good cleaning from the dust on the baseboards and the makings on the wall. There was also this bright blue light above our bed that just made it a bit difficult to sleep. The bed was also up against the wall that is the wall to the hallway so you hear people coming and going.

Highly recommend! Will stay again

Very pleasantly surprised by this spot. On the outside it doesn't look lovely but on the inside it really is! The room was very comfortable, large space, great bathroom, and didn't hear my neighbors. Great parking availability! It was 10 minute walk to The Grove and great neighborhood. Only downside was the loud AC but it was like white noise eventually.

A very friendly place to stay in LA and very handy for the Farmers market for food and shopping just an 11 walk away, the area felt safe and easy to reach the La Brea tar pits museum and handy for Hollywood. The room was large and clean with an excellent shower, WiFi worked well. Only one annoying thing was the walls being paper thin it felt on occasions next door where in our room we could hear every word being said. Luckily they kept quiet after 9pm or that would have been a serious issue.. Overall a very friendly place to stay if you have quiet neighbours.
