Directions and check in was complete and fairly easy to follow. The space was what I expected from the listing. Walking along the beach was enjoyable and we enjoyed both the pier in the morning and a dinner within walking distance. The only snafu was the heat seemed to be programmed to get pretty hot in the middle of the night and we had to turn it off

The location of this property is in walking distance of the pier and all the shops and restaurants. We came to visit our kids and watch our son play hockey at LMU. It is my favorite place I have stayed in Manhattan beach. We would definitely come back!

Fabulous location and unit - clean and well stocked except for toilet paper😢the deck/patio was the best part - we spent a lot of time out there as the view was spectacular. The street is somewhat busy but the noise was not an issue. Easy walking distance to downtown manhattan beach and beach

Great central location, view, parking and a comfortable space. Straight shot to Sofi Stadium. Owner was incredibly responsive to any questions I had and was helpful after checkout, as we left some items behind. First Vrbo experience, as we usually stay at high end hotel properties, but it was perfect for the occasion.

Very attentive! The place was decorated great and had everything we needed! The fire pit wasn't working and they were out the next day to fix it! Check in instructions were very thorough, however couldn't find any checkout instructions. Would recommend the place for sure. Close to the beach and walking distance to the pier and all the restaurants. Great way to end our trip!

Location was good — but be aware of noise from fast speeding cars on Highland. Jill was very responsive in communicating. Unit is a bit dated in bathrooms and slight odor in 2nd bathroom.

The location allows you to wander down to the sand so easily! And we walked to brunch and shopping too. Such a cute area! And once inside, it’s a lovely beach condo with a fantastic balcony. Once you found the place (tricky!), the neighbor you walk past wants things quiet, so we tried our best. There were a lot of signs to remind us. And the street noise is loud. We had a great time!!

The condo was beautiful with a great balcony view of the ocean, one block from the Strand, and easy walk to everything! It was the best stocked VRBO we’ve ever rented. The only issue is that there was not a bed in the 3rd bedroom. There was a cot. I think a bed would have been nice!

Great place to stay and travel around SoCal. The restaurants and breweries on manhattan beach blvd were fabulous and obit 10 blocks away. The condo was fine. The beds were comfortable but the appliances (dishwasher and W/D) were very old and loud. Time for an upgrade. The heat was super loud too. We managed just fine. The location and convenience made it all worth it.
