The property was very nice all except the cable tv in the room did not work after many complaints. They moved me to another room with a working tv and I was happy.
I had a great stay at this property and everyone was so accommodating. There is a delicious italian restaurant across the street and lots of other restaurants walking distance. Even grocery stores are less than 10 minutes away on foot, less than 2 min away by car.
They also accommodated my late check out and allowed me to keep my car parked for another hour after check out so I could get breakfast. Will stay again!

This business said we stayed at their property when we did not stay there, as they would not let us check in, and then charged my card for the stay. When I tried to dispute the charges, and the hotel was contacted, they lied and said we had stayed there.

The stay was so bad we left a whole day earlier from our stay. I hope they use the money they kept from me to make it better for others. Fix the toilets and get bug blockers of some kind. Among other things, super uncomfortable stay :/.

Very clean and well maintained. Loved that they had a coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge. It would have been great to have a second mirror in the room - was only the single one in the bathroom.
Would definitely stay again!

kids love it. they are renovating some of the rooms so don’t stay in afternoon. luckily we are always out. they change the towels every day but looks like they don’t sweep the floor. so i have to borrow a broom to clean it. But overall it was a good stay.

This was the cleanest budget motel I've ever seen. Immaculate bedding, towels, fridge, micro. Helpful staff. Easy walk to food or bus. Next door neighbors were loud, but after they quieted down early evening, all was quiet.

Check in was weird. The lady was not friendly. The area itself is sketchy. Room had hair and trash in it.

It use to be really nice but now there are a lot of sketchy people and you can’t get any rest due to all the other guests being loud all night. The family that runs it was sweet but the son started acting weird for no reason and the tone changed for whatever reason after that. Was fun while it lasted but will rent other options when I’m in town now on. Wish them well but the hotel is not a safe place to rest anymore.

Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and the husband and wife were so sweet to me. His wife shares the same name as mine AMy and he complimented us both.

Overall it was a safe and enjoyable state. Could have used Larger towels for showering. The room was a little small and didn't have a comfortable area for eating. Small countertop was not enough room. Nice clean bed and sheets. Had a very cool green night light over the bed area. Restroom was clean and the ample size. Could have used bigger soaps and bigger shower towels. Overall not bad for the cost of the room.

Safe no shady stuff and if there is shady stuff the glendale police shut it down quickly. Owners and staff are great!
