I commited a mistake in the reservation and wanted a date change. The hotel was ok with it but they asked me to contact Expedia.
Expedia couldn’t connect with the hotel for 3 hours, as there was only one person in reservation and never answered the phone.
I had to change hotel, and because of this hotel never answering the phone I was still charged $170! I’ve talked to Expedia about it, and nobody wants to waive this fee. I do A LOT of business w Expedia and travel constantly, this experience has made me so frustrated, that I think you lost a good client as I won’t book thru Expedia again.
