Very comfortable room and very clean. A bit of a walk to get food but ok. They had some renovations so foyer was very messy, walking through a building site. Airport shuttle was efficient and free.

Hilton should notify potential guest prior to booking that the Pool hot tub, fitness center, laundry, business center are closed due to renovations but construction noise is included. The renovated room was beautiful but I feel that they owe me a free stay when it is completed. Shame on you Hilton!

The hotel is under construction, roomy smells paint and fully dusted all around, there’s no fresh air smell in the room. All renovations paint dust flowing in the building. It should not be running to take customers at all.

The hotel is under renovation. The shower water was not hot enough, and the room was really cold. The staff was friendly and informative about Los Angeles!

This is our go to place to stay . Right now they are remodeling the rooms and they are so nice . The only thing is the water is super hot or cold no in between and our shower handle came off . The front desk was very nice and sxtended our check out time for the inconvenience. The staff is always nice and greets you when you come in !

The hotel room was very dirty with mold in the bathroom and dirty stained carpets. The wifi is practically useless. The parking lot felt very unsafe with people loitering around close to the dog relief area. There were catcalls from the people at the metro station next door while I was out with my dog. When I shared my safety concerns at the front desk, the lady rolled her eyes and laughed at my concerns and said she couldn't help in any way. The hotel is going through a major remodel that wasn't mentioned during the booking. It was noisy, dusty and the water was shut off for most part of the day. The hotel maintenance insisted on coming into the room to check some pipes and left a mess in the bathtub that wasn't cleaned. Had the most terrible experience.

Stayed here for the night for our layover. Close to LAX. Can ubereats food if you don’t want to go out. The only thing is the shuttle service where you have to call ahead to request shuttle service when you arrive. If you pay attention to your emails, this is easy to do. If you don’t, you can’t flag down the shuttle.

Our shuttle company does offer airport transportation outside of those hours as well, at a cost of 15 per person. We do apologize for any inconvenience you faced with the shuttle and do hope to see you again.

Really disappointed with this property. The room we had smelled like mildew. Our room close to the front desk, added a lot of noise. We were too tired to move considering we were only there for a day. The pool needed to get cleaned too.

The property DEFINITELY needed new carpet. That is maybe my only complaint. The area was industrial, but close to the airport, so that was for my convenience...not a problem. There were not other eating places that were walkable, so the hotel's limited menu was the answer and was sufficient for one night. The food was good.

Nice hotel needs staff that a little more helpful
The hotel is up to the standard. The carpet was not dirty but had lost color. Breakfast was fine but being questioned was not pleasant. The shuttle which was a basic reason that I chose this hotel was a little lack of management. The hotel staff on 01/27/2024 morning didn't care if the shuttle was late. They didn't tell us to wait outside. The shuttle came and went. Fortunately we were able to make enough noise for the shuttle to turn back.

While the facilities were clean enough, the property has definitely seen better days. Warping carpets due to water damage, questionable stains on furniture in the rooms, discolored doors and walls with scuffs, etc. While the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, the airport shuttle operator was impatient and overall a bit rude (they hung the phone up on me while I was confirming my location at the pick-up zone). I just expected a bit more from Hilton and feel like next time I'll just stay in a motel.

Awful, I would not ever stay here again. Booked 2 queen room, and all they had when we got there was a one bed room. Awful awful awful! I can’t press enough how much you should not stay here. They also wouldn’t issue any sort of refund for their mistake.
