It's nothing special; it's an off-the-freeway motel/hotel. Parking is minimal and tight, and security monitors how close you are to the line. The pool and spa were drained, with trash and mud at the bottom, and the continental breakfast was falsely advertised.

There's a silent $15 per day charge after checkout not mentioned at the time of booking. It was not told to me at checkout either. It shows up on the credit card as "classic motel" separate from the charge for "Castaic suite inn". This is shady behavior.

The location was really good, just off the five freeway. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning people seemed to have set up a gathering place just outside my room and it was quite noisy from very early.

Great location, great room service. Very clean, good strong wifi. Lots of good food options nearby. Only drawback, the TV connection was poor and froze often.

Woke up to 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. Lots of big rig noise. Plug in bathtub didn’t work. Pool/spa drained. It was cheap and convenient though so you get what you pay for.

10/10 do NOT recommend!!
When we walked in from being out all day we saw a cockroach the floor, the next day we also saw a roach but this time it was on the bed !! It was disgusting. The room was dirty , there was cobwebs on the corners . Dirty floors and sink . The TV didn’t work . The pictures they post online are so deceiving. I will never go back .

The hotel room has tacky, cheap decor. I saw a room with a wall lamp taped up so it wouldn't fall off the wall. The jacuzzi tub was broken, the bed needed replaced, the shower had mold in it and from the outside of the bathroom you could tell there was a water leak because the wall was messed up. The clerk upon arrival wasn't friendly, just talked down to me in a bossy like tone. If you like ghettos this is the place for you. Oh, AND NOTHING FOR BREAKFAST.

My room first off the lock looked like someone broke in its to the point where it looks like you can pull out the lock and the window lock was broke as well i had to park the mobility scooter innfront of the door so noone could enter while sleeping.tooke pictures if you need clarificationnbut i checked in late and its only for a night should tend to breakins right away and fix not a good impression if you wantbreturn buisness and they wantbso much info driver lisc number etc have to keep close eye to make sure theres ni idenitu theft going on..

Unfortunately, our hotel room was less than great. Below is just a small list of items we noted. Outside of the condition of the room, the staff was pleasant during checkin/checkout. There was a giant patch behind the door that was left unpainted and the door stop was left unattached to the floor so it will easily happen again. The curtains have burn marks. The plank flooring was separated in various areas and very dirty. Appeared to be water damaged. Caulking was very poor throughout and very dirty. The tub/shower floor was stained from a previous tub mat. It was also very obvious that none of the light switches or door knobs had been wiped down and grime was visible on the walls. The pool was drained and in poor condition. Their lobby is in fairly good condition and they do have photos online that show a nicely remodeled room, but that’s not what was presented to us. Overall, it seemed a bit pricey for the condition, but was in good proximity to Six Flags.

Even if you think staying here will save you money, spend the extra and stay else where! We checked in and our room (226) was horrible! The bed is stained in what looks to be blood, there was food splattered on the walls, the floors were lifting and the curtains were shredded! We requested a new room, which they put us one room over, it was barely any better, but by this time were time crunched and decided to settle. We returned late from a long day and night of working, and there was almost no parking. We found a spot but it was a small space and we had a large vehicle, ( so many cars were parked poorly and over the lines) the Asian man in what I am assuming was the manager, came over to our vehicle and said we had to move because we were taking up too much space, when I asked him where he suggested we’d park as there was no available parking, he shrugged his shoulders as if it wasn’t his problem, this is where I was tired and now very annoyed and requested if they could not provide us adequate and safe parking that I would like a refund, this is where he became even more rude and said he needed the space we were parked in as he still had guests that would be returning from partying and would need that space and since we were slightly on the line we were not welcomed to park there. After going back and forth he allowed us to parking in the loading zone. Next night same thing, no parking AT all this time not even loading. They refuse a late check out,even if it’s 10 min
