This charming unit is the only 2 bedroom ground floor unit in Cabana Beach Club, a secluded, tropical, boutique resort that has all of the amenities for a Romantic Getaway or Family Vacation.

The private patio has an umbrella table and chairs for comfortable outdoor dining as well as a lounge and side table for sunning and relaxing.

NEW hurricane windows and doors make this lovely unit even quieter and more comfortable!

HD cable, Smart TV, , WIFI, central air conditioning, heat, la free parking and free community laundry are included.

Beach towels, umbrellas and lounges are provided.

Sleeps 4 privately and up to 6 comfortably.
Master bedroom has a King Serta Perfect mattress with memory foam topper.
Second bedroom has a Queen bed with a gel foam mattress.
Living area has a pullout sofa.

WE ALSO OWN NEXTDOOR UNIT #9, property ID #711671, that can accommodate 5 people.

A Pack and Play is provided for infants upon request.


The updated kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, full size oven with ceramic cook top, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, cookware, utensils, plenty of cabinet space, and quartz countertops.

A complimentary starter supply of paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, coffee filters, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent is provided.

The full bathroom has a double sink, toilet, and walk in shower.

There is private, Gulf Beach access, heated pool, grills, and fishing dock.

Longboat Key is the location for fun and relaxation.
Walk one block to Durante Park and stroll the pathways through the lush coastal landscape.
Nearby Bayfront Park has Pickle ball, Tennis, Basketball and Shuffle board courts as well as Paddle Board and kayak rentals.

Greet the day with sunrise Yoga on the beach. Collect an amazing variety of shells as you walk the 7 miles of beautiful white sand beach. Take a swim in the warm turquoise water then lounge under the umbrella and watch the dolphins play and manatees glide by. Relax in the Adirondack chairs on the private dock and observe the manatee family frolic in the canal.

Cabana Beach Club's location is convenient to restaurants, shops, churches, public bus, bicycle, boat and water sport rentals. Many attractions are nearby including Mote Marine Aquarium, Save Our Seabirds Wild Bird Learning Center, and Searees Water ski show.
St. Armand's Circle, known for its variety of shops, restaurants and celebrity watching, is a short drive away. Quaint Anna Maria Island is just over the bridge to the north.

Great little short stay cottage
Cute little cottage with 2br, 1ba. Very clean, close to the beach. Lots of supplies for the beach. Could use softer towels in bathroom and perhaps some instructions on the shower as it was quite hot on any setting. Prior communication was slow but once there was pretty attentive.

Property was exactly as described! Very clean, a short walk to the beach, plenty of hot water, decently comfortable beds. Had just about everything you need - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. The only negative is the couch isn’t very comfortable. Everything else was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great beach rental
Great 2 bedroom rental just a short walk to a very uncrowded beach. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets every evening and the kids loved the pool. The condo had everything we needed for the week long vacations, from beach umbrellas to pool noodles, even a volleyball and football. TV was very large. Only negative was the couch was a bit small/uncomfortable. Would recommend this unit for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Long weekend
This was exactly what we needed for a long weekend trip. The unit had everything we needed plus items we did not even know we would need. So clean and nicely decorated. Even being a unit that backs up to the busy road, we did not notice traffic noises. Perfect for 3 adults and a 2 year old. Nice to be just a short stroll to the beach. The unit is very well maintained and we would stay again in a second. We have told everyone we know how nice the unit, beach and area were. Thanks for the hospitality!

Family Weekend Get-a-Way
This two bedroom condo was perfect for our family needs. My two kids (preteen girl and teen boy) had their own space and my husband and I appreciated the king bed (my husband is tall, so a king is better than a queen). Everything we needed for the weekend was in the condo. The proximity to the beach, dinner options and even fishing on the pier were exactly what we were looking for. We have been to many gulf beaches and we liked how quite this was vs bigger public beaches.

We really enjoyed this place. Very clean and easy access to a quiet beach. Plenty of room for the two of us. One downside, the couch and chair in the living area are super uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in the couch. Other than that, we really onjoued our stay. Location is great as you have plants of beaches north and south.

Our family of five had an amazing time here! The unit was very clean and exactly like pictured! We had everything we needed and the boogie boards were a huge bonus that our children loved! Just steps from the beach front! Pool is heated and very nice! Laundry right next to the unit too! Check in and out super easy, we HIGHLY recommend!

We really enjoyed this condo at Longboat Key. It is very close to the beach. The condo was decorated very nicely and was very clean. Photos are accurate. The only downside was the couch and chair were not comfortable. So when we tried to watch TV as a family became an issue. Otherwise very nice.

We had the absolute best time at Longboat Key. This cabana is in a very quiet and not commercialized area. Loved the decor and retro vibe! There were thoughtful little extras throughout. We will definitely be back, hopefully soon!

Fantastic property! Just a VERY short walk to the VERY uncrowded beach! Ms. Damm has thought of everything as far as amenities go. We loved the decor, the comfy beds, and all the "extras!" Great restaurants all around us and never had to wait on a table. Publix and Harry's Corner Store were nearby for any extras you may need. It was a WONDERFUL and very relaxing week PLUS we had a fantastic and entertaining neighbor. An absolute blast of a vacation! Thank you again, Ms. Damm!

Adorable. Perfect for my small family.
The condo was clean and cute inside. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the large table was great for both meals and board games. The beds were comfortable and the beach was just right there. When my kids discovered the boogie boards they were over the moon! The pool was also a nice bonus. 10/10 would definitely return.
