Good morning gentlemen, The horrible word I think is too much. The strong smell that you say was the disinfectant against the covid, this goes to taste. I am the receptionist who attended them and accompanied the rooms with great kindness. I explained the times, if they wanted to have dinner and that they could enjoy the pool, which they did very pleasantly all afternoon. They dined with their dogs on the pool deck, wanted breakfast outside the deck, and quickly set the table for you. The bed is the only thing I accept your complaint. We changed the bed base that same day because the previous client broke it. Being higher the quilt was short and was not very aesthetic but the mattress is practically new. With the price we do not agree. You paid € 129.00 for a family room with breakfast included, VAT included. You had 5 dogs and we billed only one per room at € 8. We would like you to appreciate other things that we believe are more important, we try to make the client feel at home. It is not fair that it is now anonymous, we could have spoken directly at the hotel! And I encourage you to do so before writing comments like this. Always, always better, and more effective. The horrible word does a lot of damage, it is not necessary. Have a good holiday in Dénia, enjoy Spain and do not come back here again.
