Upon arrival we were checked in quickly (no pre-check) by a woman who looked like she had worked too many hours. We were given an informational sheet with important hotel information regarding check out, the pool, quiet time, parties, and wifi. Our room was acceptable, but could have been better. There was a stain on one comforter and a large stain on the lamp shade. The room and bathroom seemed clean otherwise. Our room did not have any shampoo left in the bottle and there was apparently none in the hotel at all to restock it. This was particularly annoying after getting in the pool and hot tub. The pool area was clean overall, but the jets did not work in the hot tub and it was filled with soap scum (shampoo would have been REALLY nice to have). The food for breakfast was okay and there were many options including pancakes, 2 meats, eggs, oatmeal, toast/bagel, muffins, yogurt, and fruit. The apple juice had run out and there was no mix at all for the orange juice. Orange juice cartons that were put in the fridge were small and frozen (my son got one), but by the time I made it there, they were gone and no one came to restock. After our experience, I am not sure that I will return.

The pool water was very cloudy and the pool floor had patches of paint/concrete? ..missing all over it. Would not swim in it. Our room was a good size and not bad except the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly.

Sticky counters/floors in bathroom and other parts of room. Comforter did not fit bed...either not right size or not put on properly. We could not control ac unit. It would not adjust. We covered with towel all night to stop very cold air from blowing in. This was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Yet some of the hallways reeked of marijuana. We did enjoy the free breakfast in morning. We have stayed in some very nice Best Western hotels.... this was not one of them and will make us think twice of staying in one again.

We booked because it had a pool and gym. Neither of which were desirable to attend, with the gym in particular stinking like mildew. The staff said there was no window that could be opened to remove the smell. The pool had a film over it. Our room had two queen beds for our family of three. Only two towels in the room, when we asked for another we were told that they were all in laundry.

I did not like that the person on the front desk spoke with such a heavy Indian accent that shes very hard to understand. Also, when I asked for replacement/clean towels, she kept repeating (4 times) an irrelevant statement about not doing room service each day and not wanting to disturb people when they were sleeping in. I understand your wanting to save money by not doing room cleaning each day, or replacing towels maybe every other day. However, I was not asking for the room to be cleaned, and the bed made. I was simply asking for clean towels because my girlfriend was not aware of the need to re-use towels and she had simply tossed the entire set of used towels on the floor in the bathroom. I tried to explain this to the person at the desk, but it seemed as if she only knew one statement in English and that was what she had memorized about not doing room cleaning every day. Eventually, i just gave up and walked away. Miraculously, the towels were replaced by the time we returned to our room hours later.

The air conditioner did not work in my room. When I spoke with someone at the front desk, I was told they were fully booked and all they could do is let the manager know. They never had bath towels each night. We were always given pool towels. The breakfast is not good and the coffee was really watered down. The rooms and hallway also had a smell to it.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even my worse enemy! We arrived at 12pm and the lady at the front desk was rude from the start. She didn’t greet my family or I when we walked in. The lady told me that there were no room available at that time and that check in was at 3pm. She then proceeded to say that if I pay $30, she’ll give me a room. I paid the $30 because I needed a room. When my family and I walked in the room we noticed how the bathroom had dirty towels hanging on the shower curtain. We noticed there was no bath towels and when we asked for bath towels they told me they ran out of bath towels and they gave us pool towels instead. The room was cold and when we turned on the heater a bad smell came out of the vent. The floors were disgusting, all of our socks were filthy! We had to throw away our socks. I suggest if you decide to stay at this hotel, you should bring your own swifter mop! I would never return to this hotel again!

What kind of a hotel only has 2 hairdryers for the WHOLE facility!?!? Asked at the front desk about it and they said they already had loaned them out. Also the bathroom had a 1/2 full roll of toilet paper, when that ran out we asked for more and they said they had to get more from a storage facility and would call us when they got some. They never called and we had to use Kleenex and baby wipes that we had brought. Rooms are dated and dirty, the gym was horrible, no towels and cleaning spray for the equipment. Bathroom shower area was so bad we didn’t even want to use it. We will never stay here again.
