Enjoy the ocean sounds and view from the expansive front deck or stay inside next to the fire surrounded by knotty pine paneling in all the rooms. Also enjoy the peace and quiet of the backyard, from the new full length deck. This quaint cottage is just steps away from the sand. Barbequing is quick and easy on the front deck, which is right across the street from the beach. The front deck is adjacent to the remodeled and fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. All linens are included as well as a 'start-up' supply of both kitchen and bath paper products. WiFi Internet Access and wonderfully appointed beds with 100% Egyptian Cotton Sheets and bedding! Also enjoy the flat screen Smart Tv’s in both bedrooms along with a 55” High Definition flat screen smart TV in the living room. With NETFLIX HULU AMAZON PRIME etc FOR ALL OUR GUESTS!! :)

Great Stay!
Very clean, very cozy, SO close to the beach! Pull out couch and the beds were comfy. The beach gets cool but this house stays warm with the extra blankets and the heat. It was a charming house for our short stay and had a beachy cabin feel. Very grateful for the memories! Thank you Mary Jo for being so responsive and accommodating!

This cottage is exactly as described! I love the location, so very close to the beach that you can hear the ocean. It kept calling me to go beachcombing, sit on the logs, or find a shady spot to read. Cottage very well stocked with anything you might need. Excellent written instructions to help figure out things like cable tv. Quiet, cozy and just what I needed for a refresh.

The cozy cottage lived up to our expectations based on the listing. We enjoyed the fact that it is a single family home with a sizable backyard. There are decks on 3 sides so you always had a spot that you could get out of the sun or wind. Everything you need is there to get you started. We truly enjoyed having the parking space so you didn't have to worry about parking on the street. The property manager is excellent and very easy to get a hold of.

We loved being able to hear and see the waves every day!
Totally dug the beach cabin vibe. It had everything we needed and even things we didn't know we'd need. We were even able to host a small gathering for our family reunion on the back deck and all take a sunset walk on the beach together. Thank you for all of the beautiful memories!

My little family drove up from California for a wedding nearby and had a great stay at the cozy cottage! It was just as it was detailed in the listing and the beach was right across the street! Quick stay but we would book again. The owner was wonderful with communication!

We enjoyed our stay! The sink was slow to drain in the bathroom when we arrived. Also, there were two outside chairs broken and the tile floors were very dirty. Take pictures of any damage or mess when you get there and send them to the owner immediately! After we left, I received a scolding text from the owner saying the place was left a mess and the housekeepers had to stay an extra hour and a half to clean our filth! I KNOW I left it better than I received the home! I even scrubbed the tile floors with my own equipment and cleaning products. I am a professional house cleaner. I had to! Anyway! I think the owner’s housekeepers were not being honest with her and claiming more hours to get more pay !!! I feel bad for the owner if this is the case. Everything else was fine. Close proximity to the beach is probably this rentals selling point.

A great retreat
My friend and I are 80 years old and we've been going on retreat for 40 years where we do art work, walk, and have fun. My biggest problem was the stairs and all the art material we brought. The back stairs worked better. The heating was old and was either off or on.

Although a bit smaller then anticipated it was cozy and warm; pet friendly fence needs closure at drive way, like a gate other than those suggestions and a couple fix it’s with cracked tile in kitchen and a broken towel bar in bathroom I would definitely say location and communication with owner made up for a couple imperfections

We will be back!
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the proximity to the beach. The property owner is very responsive to any questions and in a timely manner. The house was clean and had everything that we needed to be comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be back in the future!

Overall Cute Place to Stay
This oceanside cottage was cozy and a nice place to stay. Pros: the owner allows pets if you want to brings yours, it's not even a block to the coast from the cottage, ocean view from the front windows, cozy feel to the place. Cons: the cottage had a bit of a smell to it and when we tried to air the place out, there were no screens on any of the windows which allowed flies to enter the cottage.

My family and I wanted a beach holiday somewhere quiet and within walking distance to the beach. Couldn't have asked for more with this lil cottage. It's a charming place just steps to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed dinners outside on the back patio and crib games out front watching the waves. We are a family of 5 so filled the space pretty good but there is ample room to relax at nighttime with a movie and the two double beds are super comfortable.We really enjoyed being amongst eachother in the small space as it was family time after all. The beach is steps away and we loved watching the sunset. The only things we missed were some blackout blinds (my guys are used to a darker room so my little ones were up earlier than normal, but that's also personal preference) and a dishwasher. I like to cook so used lots of dishes cooking for 5 but no big deal as the kids helped out washing up which is all part of the experience. The area itself is very quiet and not in walking distance of shops but within a short drive there's all you need and we got some great seafood from Barnicle Bill's on the way in. Mary Jo is flawless with her communication and quick to respond which is always much appreciated. I hope my family will return again, just for longer. All in all-wonderful! Thanks Mary Jo!

Cute, cozy and welcoming little cottage with ocean views. Short walking distance to the beach. This property has a great front and back deck area with a nice sized backyard. Plenty of parking. We will keep it in mind for future trips to Lincoln City.

Wonderful cozy cottage
We had a wonderful time staying in the cottage. Glimpses of the beach can experienced on both the front and back decks. The front deck is nice for relaxing and the back is wonderful for outside eating. The cottage is decorated very cute and it's so quiet. The beds are comfortable and the place is well stocked. While not a large place, it is very cozy.

Stunning little cabin
The cabin is beautiful! With ALL the 'house stuff' you need. Thank goodness there was a waffle maker, I didn't want to lug mine across the state. And my grandson definitely would not allow us to go a whole week without waffles! It's about a half city block from the beach. How perfect is that?!? You can choose between the East or Wast facing verandas. That way you can enjoy the rising or setting sun. Breath taking! You can close your eyes, with coffee up to your nose, and pretend you don't have a family and a full time job. Seems silly, but the beds are like sleeping on clouds. It was so warm and comfy. Ahhhhhhh It says it sleeps up to six, but I'd probably stop at four. It's super cozy, and small. My goal is to return alone and enjoy that cabin by myself!! :) Thank you for helping make another successful Beach Trip!!

Short but Sweet
Nice place, close to beach. Overall comfortable, small for more than 2-3 adults. Good backyard and deck to relax. Would not recommend using sofa bed; definitely not for an adult, kids would be fine. Small kitchen for basic comforts. Close to a few good resturaunts, within walking distance.
