This was the most horrible experience we had with Expedia's company VRBO and their partner company Wynwood House. We rented the place from Dec 12th, 2024 to Feb 1st, 2025 and it was hell. We work remotely and the building had construction hours from 9-5 M-F and S 9-1 which was not advertise on the rental post. No one told us anything about it, so it made imposible to work. We request several times to Expedia and VRBO to give us a refund so we could rent another place, but they referred us to their partner and residence admin Wynwood House. Well Wynwood didnt want to refund us our money and pretty much ghost us for weeks, so the jackhammer situation was too much to handle we started getting side eyes from the reception people and complains from our clients that could hear the jackhammer noise. So we vacated the property Jan 13th, 2025. We had to pay out of pocket for another place and had to hire a lawyer to submit an official complain with INDECOPI in Peru. So please be careful. This was the business trip from HELL!
