The hotel and staff were lovely, and the restaurant, Jane, was the big surprise. Excellent, and I had no idea it was in the hotel when I booked.

Hotel was in perfect location for exploring the old town in Lille (which is really worth a visit ) whilst being away from the main square and any associated noise. Rooms were furnished nicely and were clean and fresh.

Friendliest reception. Room was not the biggest but was adequate for a short stay and well provisioned, bed was comfortable too. 2 completely different dining options on site if you don't want to search Lille for an alternative

Good hotel in great location near old Lille and main railway station. Room was large with great shower. Nice offer to “green me up” which gave two free drink tokens if you didn’t need your room cleaning. Unfortunately there were extensive roadworks outside the hotel during our stay in September 2023 which were noisy together with the school next door. Fortunately it was quiet at night. Staff were very friendly and gave great advice and map on check in. Breakfast was great with large choice of healthy food, but a bit expensive. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Lovely room, eco-friendly - almost 10/10
Nice big room with a huge bed. But the bed could do with some maintenance as just sitting on it made a terrible screeching noise. Otherwise it was very comfy. Nice big shower, but with a weird shower head that hurt a bit with the pressure. Currently (Aug23) there are extensive roadworks right outside which are noisy starting really early. The soundproofing is pretty good, but it’s still a bit annoying. Free drink in the bar offered if you skip room cleaning on longer stays is great.

Always great!
As always, very happy with our stay. Highly recommend the junior suite, it’s spacious, quiet and beautifully decorated. This hotel is about 10 mins easy walk from the Eurostar and is just around the corner from amazing le Vieux-Lille et La grande place with many fantastic restaurants.

A gem. Not historic, but next to the beautiful of town. It is a beautiful new building, immaculate, and convenient place and location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Super location, very enjoyable stay.
The hotel is very comfortable, well located and has a nice vibe. Some great eco initiatives which was really great to see - and something in it for the guest aswell!! The location was ideal, just at the edge of old Lille, and so you could easily pop back to the hotel between outings. Breakfast was really good - but the service at breakfast was a bit disorganised - there was enough staff but it seemed to be doing everything at the same time and the service needed some focus. There is a small courtyard which was perfect for a late afternoon drink in sun or shade. Parking in the Opera carpark just next door (underground) was great.

A great short stay in Lille
Despite the road works in Lille centre the car park Opera was easy to locate and handle, less than 100 metres from the hotel entrance with no roads to cross. Room was nice breakfast lots of choice and tasty. Hotel short walk from main squares on the edge of Old Lille.

Brilliant stay in Lille
Brilliant location. Just a 10-15 min walk from the train station and then straight into the old town within 5 minutes. Really friendly staff. Clean and tidy.

L'Arbre Voyageur was perfect for our one night stay in Lille. It's 10 minutes from the Eurostar terminal, it's right by the pretty old town, it's modern and comfortable, and it has 2 fine restaurants and an in house fancy patisserie. The beds were comfortable the showers were good (which is a rare thing in hotels), and the Nespresso machine in the room was very welcome. Luggage lockers were a nice touch too - much more secure and easier than a luggage room with a ticket system. We'll definitely stay there again.

Fantastic hotel in a great location.
A fantastic hotel, really friendly and helpful staff, modern, clean and well located. Had dinner in restaurant one evening and whilst it was pricey the food and service were exceptional. Everything in mini bar is free and if you choose not to have a daily towel change and clean they give you tokens for drinks in the bar, eco friendly and generous as they don’t limit type of drink you have. Highly recommend this hotel.

Superb hotel.
This is a superb hotel. The only issue was some external noise from a neighbouring house. The party was so loud the hotel actually called the police… sadly the hotel then mis-handled the situation with me in the morning and didn’t take it as seriously as they should have done. Such a shame, but that problem aside, it was a lovely stay.
