Located in Lesperon, this independent 50 m² holiday rental is ideal for families or groups seeking peace and nature. Set on a fully fenced one‑hectare wooded property, it offers comfort and convenience just 20–25 minutes from the Atlantic beaches and surrounding lakes.

Comfortable and fully equipped
The accommodation includes two bedrooms (one with bunk beds in a windowless, cabin‑style room), a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils), a bathroom with shower and sink, and separate toilet. Four beds available, with the option to add a fifth bed in the bedroom upon request.

A welcome kit is provided: trash bag, toilet roll, soap, sponge, wipes, and a sachet of dish detergent (no tea towel).
Baby cot and high chair available on request and subject to availability.

Private and shared outdoor spaces
Private covered 20 m² terrace with pergola, table, chairs, armchair, and charcoal barbecue. Access to a shared wooded park with forest views, swimming pool (June to September, 9:30 a.m.–8:30 p.m.), ping‑pong table, and pétanque court.
Shared washing machine available.
Free Wi‑Fi, private parking, motorcycle‑friendly.
Non‑smoking. Pets allowed on request (additional fees).

Le gîte est très bien équipé et très propre. Les animaux sont les bienvenus. Le domaine est très bien situé avec un accès rapide vers l'autoroute. Personne au top, toujours prêt à rendre service, la propreté du gîte est irréprochable, félicitation. Le gite a tout ce qu'il faut, je recommande vivement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, il y a tout pour passer un séjour formidable. Quel bonheur de trouver un site entièrement clôturé avec piscine, ping pong, badminton, terrain de pétanque... un régal pour les enfants. Nous avons eût beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner chez vous, bonne continuation Bises du nord carole, cedric et les enfants
