The holiday home is only 500 meters from the beach Høfde Q, which belongs to one of the West Coast's best beaches, with a wide, child-friendly beach and with the possibility of fishing. Surfers from all over Europe meet here to enjoy the very special wave conditions. Høfde Q is handicap-friendly, with good toilet facilities, outdoor showers and shelters with barbecue areas. In the summer months, homemade organic ice cream is sold.

The holiday home is 180 m2 (incl. a 30m2 conservatory with access to the garden) and has two bedrooms with double beds. On the first floor, you will also find a walk-through room with a double bed, which has been pushed into a recess. There is a single bed in the conservatory, and since there is an air to air heater/cooler, it is possible to sleep in the conservatory all year round. This means that the house has a total of seven sleeping places.

In addition, there is a functional kitchen with, among other things, oven, hotplates, fridge and dishwasher, as well as a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and two bathrooms, both with bathing facilities: upstairs a smaller bathroom with toilet and bathtub and downstairs a larger bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Outdoors, a beautiful terrace awaits, where there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sun, the view or read an exciting book. Look forward to feeling the peace, soaking up nature and enjoying the beautiful outdoors, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Fjaltring Købmandsgård has a large selection of special goods, a large cheese department, organic flour you grind yourself and fresh bakery bread every day. The merchant also functions as a post office and pharmacy outlet. The nearest big shopping towns are Lemvig, Struer and Holstebro.
At the grocery store, it is possible to rent a key and buy firewood for the Fjaltring roller sauna, which is fixed at Høfde Q.

There are great opportunities for angling, partly at Høfde Q, and partly from Thorsminde harbour. There are also streams and Put & Take lakes in the area. There is usually a requirement for a fishing licence, but this requirement does not apply to children and pensioners.

Art and Culture Center Tuskær (1km) and Bovbjerg Lighthouse (8km) have a cafe during the day. If you want a restaurant open in the evening, these can be found in Torsminde, Lemvig and Thyborøn, which also have good fish restaurants.
