Villa Lanati - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 8

A villa located in the commune of Le Marin, with a breathtaking view of the countryside from the terrace. Serenity, calm and modernity, these words perfectly describe this magnificent rental for 8 persons. The 150 m² villa was recently renovated in summer 2022.
The villa is divided into 3 levels.
The first level: an independent bedroom
Accessible from outside the villa, this air-conditioned double bedroom is independent. Equipped with a desk area, a large storage cupboard and a shower room with WC, the room offers a view of a green setting from its balcony.
The second level (on the ground floor): the living area
- A modern and fully equipped open kitchen (two fridges, a freezer, a waffle maker, two coffee machines, a toaster, a gas plancha etc) with its bar opening onto the terrace.
- A large open plan living room with smart TV and bose speaker, giving direct access to the terrace.
- A heated swimming pool of 7x3m with deckchairs for sunbathing.
- A shaded kiosk.
- The outdoor lounge is ideal for a drink while enjoying the view.
- A large dining table for 8 to enjoy your delicious dishes.
- A separate toilet.
The third level (upstairs): the night space
- An air-conditioned master suite with its own shower room (Italian shower), a study area and a large storage cupboard.
- An air-conditioned double bedroom with two twin beds and storage space.
- One air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and storage space.
- A shared shower room with double washbasin and Italian shower.
- A separate toilet.

On request: aperitif and first breakfast, baby bed (free).

The centre of Le Marin is located 6 minutes by car from the villa. You will find shops and many restaurants (Zanzibar, Ti Toques, l'Annexe...) and bars (KokoaRum...) near the marina. At the marina, you can go on excursions to the neighbouring islands, rent a BBQ Donut Boat for a grilling in the open sea and even go shopping.
The location of this accommodation will also allow you to easily navigate the south of the island between the Atlantic and Caribbean coasts. You will be able to easily reach the beaches of the extreme south such as Les Salines or the Pointe Marin with its restaurants (20 minutes away by car), or the kitesurfing spot of Pointe Faula in Le Vauclin (20 minutes away by car) where there are many activities: kite surfing, paddle, windsurfing, kayaking, scuba diving, hiking and restaurants.
In terms of hiking, you can choose between the beaten track of the "ronde des Caps" (33 kms) or the ascent of the mountain of Vauclin (8 kms) from where you can admire the magnificent landscapes.

Access to the villa is via a stony road, so we recommend renting an SUV.

At the exit of the airport, take the direction towards SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and continue straight ahead. After about 25 kilometers, you will arrive in Sainte-Luce.

Continue straight on towards Le Marin. Go through Le Marin following the signs "centre ville", then at the exit of Le Marin, take the direction of Le Vauclin.

After about 2 kilometers of climbing, you will have an intersection on your right with a roadsign "Morne Courbaril". Take this entrance.
After a few meters you will have an entrance on your left.The path is a bit rocky.
After a few meters you will see the first house on your right.
