Property is new and very nice, with all comforts. A bit difficult sometimes to find parking. There are a couple of washing machines but shared with the building.

Great holiday apartment in Arrecife
A great place to stay in central Arrecife, close to seafront, restaurants, bars and shops. Very clean and comfortable and great communication for self check-in. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely look to stay here again the next time we’re in Arrecife.

Nice central modern apartment.
Lovely modern apartment in a nice apartment block in central location. The apartment did unfortunately smell slightly of cigarettes. And the kitchen lacked a few essential items if you wanted to cook. (No oven, scissors, bread knife ect There was an underground car park in the property but unfortunately the owner didn’t respond to me as to if this was available or not. Overall it was a good stay but could have been improved.

Das Appartment (A2) war modern eingerichtet, Betten gut, Küche machte optisch einen guten Eindruck, aber zu wenig Kochgeschirr. Die einzigste Pfanne hatte keinen ebenen Boden, für Induktionsherd ungeeignet. Die Kaffeemaschine war zu klein (für eine Person) und Filter nicht entleert. Der Wasserkocher war eine Zumutung, schaltete nicht ab und der Deckel hielt nicht mehr in der Verankerung. Die Küchenspüle hatte keinen Verschluß, wir mußten erst im Baumarkt etwas besorgen und hinbasteln. Der Duschabfluß war beim Bezug verstopft, lief nicht ab bzw. über ins Bad und es benötigte 2 Anläufe für endgültige Reparatur. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nur über Whats App möglich.

En general muy buena elección.
Buen alojamiento a 5 minutos de la charca de Arrecife, moderno y nuevo. Echamos de menos material en la cocina y la limpieza general podría mejorarse (muchos pelos sueltos por el suelo.)
