The hot water was lukewarm. The bathrooms in the main lobby by the workout rooms and dining area were disgusting. You can't turn the temperature down below 68 degrees so the room temperature is very warm.

This Hotel has a policy of not turing on air conditioning units until the middle of May. The room temperature was over 80 degree. Even opening the window and an added small fan they provided on the second did not bring down the temperature by much. As such, I had not sleep for two days I stayed there.

The place and room was very nice my only complaint was the room was very hot. when we told the front desk they said boiler was off and it they knew but I think a heads up or something would have been nice. The room at one point was 85 degrees which is way too warm and could not sleep

Really a hidden gem. Walking distance to the nearby Buffalo Wild Wings. Only complaint is the A/C didn’t work. Tried to turn thermostat down, but only made it hotter.

My room was large but also seemed ready for an upgrade. Some areas were dusty and dingy. There were stains around the bed skirt as well. I did not eat the breakfast so I can’t speak to that. It seemed overpriced for what it was, but I traveled at a busy time so it was at least available.

They kept the heat on in the building when it was almost 70 degrees outside. Our room reached 90 degrees and when I called to get this sorted they told me to "crack a window." Did not sleep until 4am because of the heat and had to be up and out of there by 7am. Do not recommend.

Dear Alexis:Thank you for your review of your recent stay with us. We apologize for the heat in your room. We got caught with a Michigan weekend that stayed hot in the evening. The HVAC system in the hotel only allows for heat or cooling but both cannot run together. Because of this we cannot engage air conditioning until the first week of May when nights are typically above 45-50 degrees. I would love to discuss your stay personally. The building doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside is pretty impressive. It's clear that they generally cater to a business crowd. The rooms are generally nice, clean, and spacious, however if you look you can find some minor signs of disrepair, such as rust in the shower or a loose ceiling tile. In all, not a big deal.The amenities also feel less modern, such as no streaming on the television. The bathroom was my only real problem with my stay. Despite the spaciousness of the rooms, the bathroom felt small and claustrophobic, not much bigger than a closet. The shower, however, was the biggest issue. Even after letting it run, the water was far too cold to comfortably shower in it. That was disappointing, but since I was only staying one night, not that big of a deal. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great place to spend a night, and I suspect a really good place to hold a conference.

Dear Tim,Thank you for letting us know about your Park and Fly challenges. Unfortunately Park and Fly sells out very quickly for us We are the only hotel in our area that offers that service and we book every seat for take off and return that we have available to us. The reason we are not opening that package to online partners is van runs must be scheduled at the time the reservation is booked. We have van runs going to the airport as part of P&F starting at 4AM with the last run at 5:15 AM. We take great pains to be sure our guests are scheduled and make it to the airport for their departure. Hopefully next year we will see you on a Park and Fly stay for your vacation. Thankyou again for your review and information.

Best Sleep Ever!!!!
The best sleep I have had in a hotel in a long time. Most places I stay I find myself tossing and turning all night long. But not here! I was out like a light. I felt fully refreshed in the morning.

On the plus side, it's clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast is pretty good. On the down side, the rooms have the HVAC system in the sleeping area, and it's super loud. The first room was so loud I asked to change rooms.
