Room quiet, dark, easy to sleep. Clean but room smelled musty, floor was laminate so there wasn’t any carpet causing the damp odor. Tricky entrance and lots of traffic when exiting. Breakfast but I did not eat that day so I cannot comment. The stand out point for me was I was able to readily go to sleep and stayed asleep all night.

It was noted that a chair, that sat high with sturdy side arms would be put in the handicapped accessible room. I cannot get in/out of bed on my own. Thus a chair to sit in allows a modicum of comfort. In fact it would be extremely helpful to have a lift chair available for guests with mobility issues.

A bit of constructive criticism: they could’ve been more generous with the soap, shampoo and conditioner. For breakfast, they should consider investing a little more on the plastic utensils to provide a better quality to guest.

The hotel, the service, the amenities, the breakfast, and the 24 hour coffee were great. I would highly recommend it as a place to stay. If you are interested in walking throughout the area, this area won't meet your needs.

The property was nothing special and the price was high given the lack of features. The hotel is in a difficult location at the end of the business district of Route 30 right next to the freeway with lots of noise all night long. The sign was not visible from the road and was not lit up so completely invisible at night. Book another site if you are going to Lancaster, Dutch Wonderland, or any other sight in the area.

I was in a disabilty room. There was a strong odor of fecal matter in the room. The bathroom floor was greasy and the main floor needed to be cleaned.

Just would never stay here again for a couple reasons. The rooms smell musty/ moldy. The layout of the room is terrible. There is only a few inches of room to get into the bed on the one side and when you get in the A/C hits u in the face because it is only inches away. The bathroom had extremely poor lighting. But the biggest area of concern was turning into the entrance from the other side of the highway. The entrance is kind of at the bottom of a hill and you have no way of seeing oncoming traffic. Accident waiting to happen.
